Pros:

Requested handicap room and it was honored

Cons:

It was our fault we left something, but even after providing credit card number to pay for it, the only way to get our items was to travel 8 hours to get it back.
The bed hurt my back.

Loved it!!
Pros:

The front desk staff were phenomenal! So friendly and easy to talk to! We had a party in Manteno and through the snow storm - we were able to get there and back with no issues! They even got in the roof to clean off the DirectTV antenna so we could all have tv!!

Pros:

The location was great and so was the set up of the room.

Cons:

The beds were super uncomfortable, and the shower didn’t have great water pressure, otherwise it was great!

Breakfast was late on Saturday, so we weren’t able to eat. Most places I stay have the same breakfast hours during the week and weekends.
