Miła noc w dobrych warunkach z dobrym śniadaniem.
Pros:

Dobre położenie obiektu, na obrzeżu centrum. Śniadanie smaczne, możliwy wybór. Pokój obszerny, łóżko wygodne, łazienka funkcjonalna. Czysto i cicho.

Cons:

Zapach przed wejściem do hotelu nieprzyjemny - trudno określić źródło.

Disrespectful Staff Kirsten.
Pros:

Location and the free breakfast

Cons:

Staff are very rude especially Kirsten. Shamed me in front of other guests for asking for bottled water, which I didn't know, they were only giving for free to certain hotel tier members.
For my other stay, they offer it for free, so I don't know and she told this in a very rude and condescending manner, all the guests checking out were looking at me with pity. It was a very shaming experience, and she turned to the other guest, who is a Gold member (I think) in a respectful and accommodating way. I reported it but nothing happen, no apologies or whatsoever.

But the thing is all guest should receive respect and courtesy. I didn't pay for 6nights just to be disrespected without any reason.

Overnite stay served its purpose. Wouldnt stay there too long. Surrounding areas had homelessness and didnt feel safe. P

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. Fresh fruit was hardly that. It was frozen and old. Eggs were powder eggs. Just nothing looked or tasted good. Very basic.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Preis Leistung ok.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war wässrig und nicht schmackhaft. Beim Frühstück waren die Teller aus und man musste lange für neue warten. Poolbereich müsste mal renoviert werden, viele Liegen sind defekt. Klimaanlage um Zimmer sehr laut.
