I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the overall experience relaxing. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which truly stood out.

One of the highlights was the excellent early check-in service. The team was very accommodating and made the process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, when construction work started after the holiday and caused some disturbance, they were quick to respond and kindly changed our room, ensuring our comfort without any inconvenience.

Cons:

However, the breakfast was quite average and lacked variety. Although we had included breakfast for the entire stay, we only used it twice due to the limited options available.

Another point that I did not appreciate was that the coffee capsules and the use of the coffee machine were charged separately. In most hotels, this service is usually complimentary, so this was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

A szoba felszereltsége, tisztasága kiváló volt. A szobáról feltöltött képek teljesen megfelelnek a valóságnak. A reggeli nagyon jó minőségű és széles a választék. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.
A centrum busszal és villamossal jól megközelíthető.

Cons:

Sajnos a szálloda egy nagyobb forgalmú út mellett van így a forgalom zaja bezárt ablakok mellett is kicsit behallatszódik, még úgy is hogy a 11. emeleten volt a szobánk

Name should be Movenpick Hotel. Not Movenpick Bosphorus.
Pros:

The word “bosphorus” should be removed from the name of this hotel. In order not to bamboozle the travelers. It has nothing to do with Bosphorus. Only slightly more to do (slightly!) with the bridge of the eponymous name. Only because it is visible from some of the rooms. The hotel is ranked 5-star. Really? 4-star at most.
The redeeming quality is its staff. Helpful and friendly.
