Cons:

i did not like the fact that, there is written that there is a car parking, but there is not in the same building, which was crucial for me. They took my car and parked it 1 kilometre away, in such a buisy city and traffic like istanbul. When we arrived at the hotel it was already 23:30 so we were too tired to look for something else and it was prepaid and we were gonna stay just one night, and the next day the valet opened the car door for me but hit the door at the pave and did not even say sorry, im never returning again, it is not what is expected from Mövenpick

Tesise girdiğimizde alınan depozito vardı 5000 tl cıkış yaptığımızda iptal olduğunu söyleyerek tekrar aldılar lakin iptal dedikleri depozitoyuda almışlar yani kartımdan 2 defa çekim yapmışlar

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The staff are the most friendly staff in the world ! I’m recovering from surgery and they are making it super pleasant for me . Mert from the buffet breakfast was very attentive and kind :)

Pros:

Ich kam viel zu früh beim Hotel an (check-in normalerweise ab 15h), war schon um 09h da und nach kurzem Check, bekam ich das Zimmer sofort, was ich extrem geschätzt hatte. Das Personal allgemein war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Amazing
Pros:

It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we truly experienced perfect Turkish hospitality. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of high-quality food.

I can’t mention all the staff by name, but especially Mr. Mert was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. All of the bellboys were also very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Favorite Hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

Excellent 5 stars hotel in Istanbul, located ideally on excellent road network that takes you anywhere in with decent duration and options. Highly recommended

Bathrooms tiles are slippery, attention to them is important.

A pactical h5 starts hotel
