Well located, clean and equipped
I stayed 3 hours in the Hotel between 2 flights.
Poor staff interaction. Not an international service.
- Digital information nowhere explains that massage is only from 14:00 onwards. While request was made 24h in advance, no internal service organised or external recommendation made. I would have booked something else.
- Reception promises service but does not do anything
- Gym and spa staff does not speak anything else than Turkish. I had no Towel in the gym because not proposed and the gentleman does not understand anything. I discovered when Turkish customers used.
- Customer service send 5 messages before during and after stay but does not provide any added value on requests. Sorry I was not in service, sorry it was a disaster, hope to give you a better service next time.

From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, the politeness and friendliness of the entire staff make you feel safe and truly at home. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant—the food is delicious, and the attentive service makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that make for a perfect start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was absolutely great from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The facilities were excellent and the service truly exceeded expectations.
I would especially like to mention Mustață from the reception — he is a great guy, very polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He made us feel welcome from the very first moment and was always ready to help with a smile, which made a big difference in our experience.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future!
Good location and very clean room
I had a big and comfortable room but unfortunately the nearby room was very noisy , plus their room service (ring bell included) went on the whole night.
