This Hotel has FABULOUS Rooms, Breakfast & Service 😊
Pros:

Traveling from California I took advantage of the Turkish Airlines stop over Free! hotel opportunity. I chose this hotel and could not be more pleased
- the rooms are large, updated, and beautiful
- The breakfast is above and beyond
- IREMSU AT THE CONCIERGE DESK was a joy to speak with in a City that barely speaks English
She was attentive and patient with a challenging issue I had
- Mehmet at the front desk/reception
Was also great with assisting for an additional evening
I’m only here for a couple of days and being alone unless you are with an English speaking guide or speak Turkish can be quite a challenge and therefore, I spent quite a bit of time around in solitude and spent some time in my room since I had such a fabulous pilgrimage in France and I was still bathing in all the special moments I had there

Oasis in the sky
Pros:

The hotel is located outside of the area defined as available for pickup for majority of tours. However while a taxi was required to get to the meeting point they always gave me a lift back to the hotel.
Hotel was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. In particular the Guest assistant Mel am was excellent and followed up to seethat everything went well. She was brilliant and deserves high praise!
Had a room.on 17th floor which had a lovely view
Really enjoyed the stay.

Pros:

The hotel is a good one. Value wise, it depends on the person and their job and if they value cleanliness and a very good bed, if not, its not worth your buck. They are extremely thorough with their cleaning service like really thorough. 5 stars, will probably come back again.

Nice hotel, great staff, a hike to sites
Pros:

Stayed for a week at this very nice hotel in Istanbul. Well located although walking to Bosphorus or other sites is a bit of a trek. Fazile and the other staff were very warm and welcoming and kept our room clean and well equipped.
