No AC was allowed so the hotel can save electricity bill

The hotel cooling air-condition is turned off during the month of may i asked the hotel to turn it on as in the booking website it mentioned that the room included with AC and they mentioned no air conditioning is allowed during this period

This is misleading and unacceptable, especially given the warmer/hot temperatures in the room.

This policy feels unnecessarily restrictive for guests specifically in a 5 stars hotel.

Werde nicht wieder kommen und werde nicht weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Kage waren gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage sehr schlecht. Rauchen oben im Roof ein nogo. Mussten am letzten Abend unseren teuren Wein stehen lassen und ins Zimmer gehen.

Personale coortese e disponibile. Struttura pulita e ben curata. Colazione superba con moltissime alterantive. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile e comoda.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione della camera non è molto buona. Si sentono le porte e le voci nel corridoio, cosìcome le auto sulla strada di frronte, ovviamente con tutte le finestre chiuse.
