Pros:

sehr modernes Zimmer und es war günstig.

Cons:

Die Wände waren alle voll mit Flecken und irgendwelchen Spritzern.
Auf dem Kissen hatte es gelbe Flecken.
Das Garagentor vom Hotelparking funktioniert nicht richtig und geht entweder nicht auf oder dann einfach zu und man kann nicht rausfahren. Zudem war das Personal nicht besonders hilfsbereit, am Empfang wurde ich nicht einmal begrüsst oder beachtet.

清潔、スタッフの対応もよかったです。

Cons:

旧市街からはトラムで20分くらいかかりますが、住宅地にあるので静かで治安もよかったです。

it was good stay overall, hope you can consider the aircon especially in summer and heatwave season like this.
Pros:

even near the Autobahn, it wasn’t too loud in our room.

Cons:

the aircon didn’t work, but they gave us compensation for the parking fee for this.

Just right
Pros:

We stayed here the night before flying out from Frankfurt. The minimal walking distance between the hotel and the closest tram was hugely convenient for us. The room was blessedly quiet, the bed was comfy, and there's even a Bluetooth speaker - so we enjoyed lofi beats to relax to on the last night of our trip :)
The location is just far enough from the thick of Frankfurt to allow for peace and quiet, but close enough that travel via tram is quick and easy.

Tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Preisleistung stimmt hier.

Cons:

Der Außenbereich ist immer extrem dreckig. Es gibt keine Aschenbecher und jeder lässt alles einfach überall stehen. Das ist richtig, richtig schade.
