Pros:

De kamer was heel mooi en ruim. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was perfect voor waar ik moest zijn en ik kan het absoluut iedereen aanraden.

Das Zimmer war gut, die Ausstattung in schick.

Cons:

Ich bin spät in der Nacht angekommen und die Rezeption wurde von 2 Herren besetzt, von denen der eine sehr unhöflich war und der andere wortkarg und unwissend. Ich hatte extra erfragt, ob ich eine Rechnung von ihm bekomme, was er verneinte. Am nächsten Morgen war eine Dame am Schalter, welche genauso mit dem System überfordert war und mir die Rechnung doch vor Ort ausstellen musste. Da alles sehr lange dauerte und das System anscheinend nicht funktional war, verblieb ich mit ihr, dass sie mir die Rechnung per E-Mail schicken solle. Bis heute ist keine Rechnung angekommen.
