Pros:

Really beautiful hotel and everyone was friendly. It was clean and warm and it might not be in the centre, but few meters near there is a tram station.

Hotel mit gutem Standard, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend (danke nochmal an Ali, der sich so schnell um alles gekümmert hat), die Lobby ist großzügig und attraktiv eingerichtet, der Barbereich ist auch ansprechend gestaltet. Selbst während der Messezeit mussten wir morgens nie lange auf den Fahrstuhl warten (es gab drei Aufzüge, in anderen Hotels waren es nur 2 und das hat ewig gedauert). Das WLAN ist stabil, die Betten sind bequem und im Bad gibt es eine große Ablagefläche für Kosmetika etc.

Cons:

Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist recht dunkel, im Bad am Waschbecken ist der Spiegel so weit weg, dass ich über meinen Reise-Schminkspiegel sehr froh war. Es gibt zwar einen Spiegel im Zimmer, aber nicht genügend Licht. Beim Duschen lief immer Wasser ins Bad, da die Dusche keine Tür sondern nur eine halbe Wand hat. Es gab keine Handtuchstange für das große Handtuch, wo es hätte trocknen können (nur einen kleinen Haken). Ist zwar kein Problem, aber den täglichen Handtuchwechsel hätte man sich ja auch sparen können. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank und keine Schublade, sprich alles an Kleidung usw. liegt irgendwo herum (es gibt 3 minikleine Regale an der Wand). Im Restaurant gibt es nur Tiefkühlgerichte und beim Frühstück fehlte ständig irgendwas (Becher und Besteck z.B.).

Würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel buchen

Das Hotel ist modern und sauber.
Die Zimmer gross ,das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich, schnippisch und hat einsilbig geantwortet. Lächeln war wohl auch zu anstrengend.
Die angepriesen 24h Bar wärend des gesamten Aufenthalt geschlossenen ebenso wie das Restaurant in dem es ab 16.00 Uhr warmes Essen geben sollte.
Das Frühstück oft lerr geräumt und wenig Besteck.
Als Krönung aber die Behauptung ich hätte die Parkgebühr nicht bezahlt und wollte noch mal abrechnen.

Lack of accountability from hotel management

We had two reservations: one starting on the 5th and another on the 11th.
During our first stay, everything went smoothly. Ali at reception was professional, attentive, and truly outstanding.
Unfortunately, the second reservation — for my mother and cousin — was handled in a completely unacceptable manner.
They arrived at 11:00 p.m. and were informed that there were no rooms available, despite having a confirmed reservation. They were asked to wait while staff attempted to resolve the issue, but after several hours with no clear communication or solution, they were forced at 2:00 a.m. to take a taxi to another hotel. While that night was covered, we were explicitly told that breakfast would be included as compensation for the inconvenience.
The following morning, both guests were charged €26 each for breakfast, contradicting what had been promised.

When they returned to the hotel around 2:00 p.m., they were told to wait until 3:00 p.m. for the room. After waiting and standing in line for approximately 30 minutes, the manager, Cristina, informed us yet again that no rooms were available. At that point, after more than 24 hours of uncertainty and inconvenience, this response was simply unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and empathy. Instead of acknowledging the severity of the mistake, the attitude displayed was defensive and dismissive. We were asked to wait an additional 30 minutes, and only then was the room finally provided.
Errors can happen in any hotel. However, the way this situation was managed reflects a serious failure in reservation control, communication, and guest care. At no point did we receive a sincere apology, proper reassurance, or meaningful compensation for the disruption caused.
It is disappointing because there are clearly staff members, like Ali and the breakfast team, who provide excellent service. Unfortunately, the poor management of this situation overshadowed everything else.
