Top location but not so clean

Frühstück war gut Service an diesem Morgen auch.

Cons:

Dieser eine Herr Z. an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und äußerst unverschämt. Wegen Problemen mit der Ausfahrt aus dem Parkhaus war diese Herr sehr frech mit seinen Antworten meiner Frau gegenüber und mir ebenfalls. Im Parkhaus hatten sich mittlerweile mehr als 20 Autos gestaut weil diese Person nicht in der Lage war mal dort hinzukommen um zu sehen was los war. Eine freundliche Dame die dort dauerparkt hat uns letztendlich geholfen das alle Autos raus fahren konnten.

Ein insgesamt sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit mangelndem Service.
Pros:

Leider hat mir bei diesem Aufenthalt nichts gefallen. Statt Erholung gab es ausschließlich Ärger, Probleme und wiederholte Unannehmlichkeiten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für mich eine große Enttäuschung.

Ich war bereits dreimal in dieser Unterkunft und musste leider feststellen, dass die Qualität von Aufenthalt zu Aufenthalt deutlich nachgelassen hat.

Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt war ich besonders enttäuscht. Mein Zimmer wurde offenbar nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, sodass ich mir jeden Abend nach meiner Rückkehr ins Hotel selbst frische Handtücher an der Rezeption holen musste. Jedes Mal wurde mir zugesichert, dass die Reinigung am nächsten Tag erfolgen würde – leider war dies nicht der Fall.

Die Krönung war schließlich, dass mir eine falsche Rechnung ausgestellt wurde. Trotz entsprechender Hinweise und der Bitte um Korrektur war das Hotel bis heute nicht in der Lage, mir eine korrigierte Rechnung zukommen zu lassen.

Nach drei Aufenthalten ist diese Entwicklung für mich sehr enttäuschend und nicht nachvollziehbar. Insbesondere der Umgang mit den wiederholt angesprochenen Problemen und die bis heute nicht korrigierte Rechnung hinterlassen einen äußerst negativen Eindruck.

Sehr schade, aber unter diesen Umständen werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

I like the hotel is clean and silent. The staffs are genuine and professional.

Cons:

I'd like to suggest that the hotel could improve its amenities by providing a wider variety of food options, such as beans, mushrooms, and other choices. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could provide at least one complimentary bottle of water, a kettle, and an ironing facility in the room. These are basic essentials that are often expected in a 3-star hotel, and I believe they would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

The customer service as soon as I arrived.
Communication is very important how one talks irregadless of the situation. I found them so friendly on the of my check out than checking. I arrived at 12 and checkin is as from 3 . I must admit I am so spoilt in regards to good customer service which I have received every where in Europe apart from Germany. Even when I arrived earlier they will say oh please wait some mins and your room will be ready or yes you can check-in earlier. He just no not possible or you pay for it. And when I came back from my interview the next guy said I did not pay for my booking. Mistakes happen. I personally booked the hotel cause I loved the room colours and even upgraded. I had to come downstairs to collect the Wasserkocher which was actually included in the amenities. Maybe you need more women at the reception or better quality on customer service. That’s what makes a hotel stand out. Even though I did not see it fully book to not have let me or others check in earlier the communication matters and the right feeling you leave your customers with irregardless of colour.
