Fijn verblijf
Pros:

De inrichting is erg mooi, heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Wij hadden er geen last van qua geluid, omdat we laat aankwamen en op tijd weer vertrokken, maar de speelplaats waar onze kamer op uit keek kan voor geluidsoverlast zorgen

Kamer en sanitair is goed!

Cons:

Tijdens het inchecken bleek het hotel geen kamersleutels meer te hebben (pasjes) het was een complete chaos. Een medewerker moest elke gast naar kamer brengen en deur opendoen. Vervolgens heb ik een eigen verenigingspasje in het stroomkastje moeten doen om licht te krijgen op de kamer. Doordat het hotel volgeboekt was en ze daar niet op berekend waren was ook het ontbijt verschrikkelijk. Geen brood, geen thee, alles op en pannenkoekappartaat stuk. Kort om mooie kamers maar deze keer echt het geld niet waard. Medewerkers spreken achter de receptie andere taal (niet Duits) met elkaar wanneer ze je helpen wat echt niet professioneel is.

Ihre Mitarbeiter waren sehr oft unfreundlich, haben mir Zusagen gemacht, die sie nie einhalten. Das passiert schon zum zweiten Mal, dass mir, obwohl ich die Firmenadresse mitgeteilt habe, die Rechnung mit der Firmenanschrift nicht ausgestellt und auch nicht zugemailt wird.. ich muss mich jedes Mal selber noch mal darum kümmern Ihnen eine E-Mail schreiben etc.

Super, wenn man Minimalismus gut verträgt.
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Frühstück, ein großer Lobbyraum, Möglichkeit Wasserkocher und Bügelutensilien zu benutzen, Stadtteil ruhig und grün

Cons:

Beim Einreisen gab es keinen Zimmerschlüssel (alle vergriffen). Kein Kleiderschrank, keine Schubladen, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten , kein Kühlschrank. All das hat den Aufenthalt nicht sonderlich bequem gemacht.

Super Preis-Leistung in F-Rebstock mit schneller Tram-Verbindung zur Messe
Pros:

Nachdem ich 10+ Jahre in Frankfurt gewohnt habe, war ich gespannt, wie es ist, dort in einem Hotel zu übernachten. Das niu liegt unweit der Haltestelle Rebstockbad, mit einer direkten Connection (Tram 17) zur Messe und zum Hauptbahnhof. Freundliche Rezeption.
Mein Zimmer (110) war viel größer, als erwartet, mit einem Tisch und einer großen Garderobe ausgestattet, ich habe mich zwar wenig dort aufgehalten, aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Nähe zur Autobahn hat mich wegen der schalldichten Fenster kaum gestört. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel war hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was mir im Zimmer gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Kühlschrank / Minibar. Und unter dem Vorhang lag eine (unbenutzte) Zigarette, da hätte der Zimmerservice besser hinschauen sollen. Die habe ich dann aber selbst auf die Schnelle selbst entsorgt.

Das Frühstück war ok. Durch die vielen Gäste war.jedoch ständig irgend etwas aus. Brot und Brötchen leider nicht so toll.
