Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut schlecht!
Pros:

Die Lage nahe dem Messegelände ist sehr gut und auch die Betten sind äußerst bequem- das war’s dann aber auch schon, leider!

Cons:

Frühstück stark ausbaufähig und leider absolut unfähiges Personal. Am ersten Morgen stand plötzlich ein fremder Mann im Zimmer meiner Kollegin, während sie noch unter der Dusche war. Kurze Zeit später, kam auch der Hotelmanager dazu und fragt sie, was sie in diesem Zimmer mache und sie solle sich sofort ausweisen. Nach dieser sehr unangenehmen Situation kombiniert mit einer unglaublich unhöflichen Umgangsweise des Personals und auch des Managers, konnte zum Glück aufgeklärt werden, dass der Check In seitens des Personals am Vorabend falsch durchgeführt wurde und dadurch anscheinend mehrere Zimmern doppelt vergeben wurden.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The room was very confortable. The noise insulation was excellent. The bathroom had everything needed. The room was cleaned on a daily basis (including clean towels).

Cons:

The AC unit was quite noisy. It couldnt not be left over night on a set temperature (on heating) as it would make water bubbling noise.

Keine Klarheit Parkaus bezahlt keine Ausfahrt möglich da Gitter nach Schranke runter ging und extra Beleg nochmal abgeholt werden musste!

Pros:

Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer! Rezeptions und Housekeeping Team sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Nur zum empfehlen!

Cons:

Parkplätze waren alle vergeben da wir etwas spät angekommen sind, fanden aber gleich 200 Meter vom Hotel einen öffentlichen. Also halb so wild.

Bad experiance !
Cons:

The hotel is advertised as having private parking, but in reality, the parking is very limited and not guaranteed for all guests. We booked three separate rooms and arrived with one car, yet we were unable to find a parking spot.

At around 10:00 PM, we had to drive around the area for approximately 40 minutes just to find parking, which was very inconvenient and stressful after a long day of travel.

Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful in resolving the situation. We were simply told that we could speak with the manager in the morning if we wished, which did not help us at that moment.

Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations in terms of quality or variety.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. The parking situation is misleading and should be clearly communicated to guests.
