Henkilökunta yhtä poikkeusta lukuunottamatta vaihtoon niin on hyvä hotelli

Hotelli on siisti, pysäköintihalli on tilava, ei tarvitse jännittää mahtuuko auto halliin. Hotellin sijainti minun tarkoitukseen hyvä

Henkilökunta. Lähes poikkeuksetta henkilökunta on tylyä enkä tuntenut itseäni tervetulleeksi. Olen majoittunut kyseisessä hotellissa kahdesti kuukauden aikana, ja vasta nyt viimeisellä kerralla lähtiessäni vastaanotto tiskin vaaleahiuksinen nuorehko nainen jota en ollut aiemmin tavannut, oli ystävällinen.

Hotelli mainostaa omaa ravintolaansa ja sen menuta jopa televisiossa mutta todellisuudessa sitä ei ole saatavilla ja ravintolassa on ainoastaan aamupala.

Joka kerta myös aamupalalle menossa on ollut omat haasteensa. Molemmilla kerroilla minulle on väitetty että minulla ei ole aamupalaa.
Ja kun asiaa on selvitetty on palvelu ollut tylyä ja lopuksi asiasta ei ole edes pahoiteltu.

Das Hotel ist frisch und modern. Grundsätzlich ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der Autobahn und die Straßenbahn ist zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mit der ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten in der Stadt und Messegelände.

Cons:

Warum müssen jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt werden? Auch wenn diese nicht am Boden liegen. Das tut nicht Not.
Die Betten waren uns persönlich viel zu weich.

Die ruhige Lage

Cons:

Der Preis war zunächst angemessen, aber das Frühstück war nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Wenn man das als Zusatzleistung bucht, zusammen mit dem Parkplatz (der unter den gegebenen Umständen ziemlich teuer war), summiert sich die Rechnung schnell auf knapp 100 Euro. Der Zimmerservice klopfte bereits um 11:30 Uhr an die Tür, obwohl wir bis 12:00 Uhr bleiben durften – sehr ärgerlich!

Hotel ist in Ordnung für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Zimmer, Bad.

Cons:

Frühstück war für 21€ an diesem Tag nicht ausreichend- pancake Maschine kaputt, Saftshot leer, Kaffeetassen leer, Rührei aus einer Fertigmischung schmeckte schlecht.

Vorhandene Bar war zu.
