Cons:

Waiting time to check out is way too long. Not enough staff at counter. The lobby staff not doing anything but just have client to line up which is unsatisfactory.

フロントが小さくて ソファーのコーナーも小さすぎる。フロントの受付の女の人が 中国の人で まったく笑顔がなく ぶっきらぼうで 私が何か迷惑をかけているのか とても不愉快になった。こんな嫌な気持ちでチェックインしたのははじめてです

Einen schönen Moment „Lost in Translation“ – nur dass wir uns hier keineswegs verloren fühlten.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut.

Auch die Club Lounge war sehr einladend und bot eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die angenehme Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt dort besonders entspannend und komfortabel.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es zu den Stoßzeiten in der Club Lounge etwas voll werden konnte, wodurch die ruhige Atmosphäre zeitweise beeinträchtigt wurde.

A Sushi Expierence
Pros:

Words cant describe the level of service and flavors we expierenced. We had sashimi all across Japan, and the Master Chef preparation at Roku Roku were on a different level.

Superb accommodations to ease us into Japan
Pros:

This was a great starter hotel for us on our first trip to Japan. Attentive staff and great accommodations. The breakfast was delicious. We aren’t globalist so it was a little pricey. I would probably skip out on it next time given we don’t really each much for breakfast normally.

For the price, I expected more like the Osaka Miyako Marriott. Guess I was wrong.
Pros:

Nice location, weather was not great at the time. Ability to cast was good, but needs work. Some technical issues.

Cons:

You need a shuttle to Haneda, and other airports. Difficult for large parties to navigate the chaos. We had a large group all adults. Did not have an option for Double King or Queen beds. I guess our rooms are just too small.

My home in Tokyo, the GHT is an amazing hotel. The location is central and fun, the service level is world class, and the hotel restaurants are destinations in themselves.
