Fantastic for couples, PERFECT for families
Pros:

I have never re-reviewed a hotel I previously stayed at unless my subsequent visit failed to live up to my first experience. Grant Hyatt Tokyo warrants and exception.

The level of consistent, thorough and genuine customer service is what separates GHT from most other comparable properties. From the moment your taxi arrives the the second you depart to the airport or train station you are treated as a VALUED guest. Which, after returning from Osaka and having a substandard experience, especially in terms of customer service, I appreciate the level of service at Grand Hyatt Tokyo even more.

I’ve stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on two previous occasions with my wife, but this was our first visit as a family and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The family suite was simply PERFECT. Spacious, clean, and equipped with every amenity you could need for a large family. Guest services and the Concierge team were top-notch and ready to fulfill and assist with any request we had. Again, I will not repeat the praises of GHT from my previous review but it was refreshing to see that the level of guest service and accommodation has not changed at all. If you visit Tokyo as a couple or large family Grand Hyatt should be your first and last option.

Best week in Tokyo!
Pros:

Seven nights at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and we honestly didn’t want to leave.

We stayed here during a personal vacation to Japan with our two-year-old daughter, and traveling internationally with a toddler can definitely come with its challenges. Thankfully, the Grand Hyatt made the entire experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely outstanding. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and attentive. Traveling with a toddler sometimes means extra requests or small moments of chaos, but the team handled everything with patience and kindness. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed the entire week.

Our room was also fantastic—very spacious by Tokyo standards with beautiful views and a layout that worked perfectly for our family. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day; we would come back from exploring the city to a perfectly refreshed room with plenty of bottled water restocked and everything neatly arranged. After long days out in Tokyo, that level of care was incredibly appreciated.

One of the best decisions we made was booking club level access. The lounge was such a great perk, especially when traveling with a toddler. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and a comfortable space to relax made a huge difference throughout the trip. It was the perfect spot to recharge before heading back out for more sightseeing.

The location is another big win. The hotel makes it very easy to get around Tokyo with convenient access to nearby train stations, and there were always taxis readily available right outside the hotel when we needed them. Getting anywhere in the city felt simple and stress-free.

After spending a full week here, it truly felt like a home base in Tokyo. Between the incredible service, clean and spacious rooms, helpful club lounge, and excellent location, the Grand Hyatt Tokyo delivered an exceptional stay for our family.

We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Pricey, but great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Spa / gym / pool was super clean and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing with great quality and options. You can tell the hotel has some age to it, but the rooms were super well maintained and clean. Great service all around.

One week stay
Pros:

This hotel is connected to a great mall. It has several high end restaurants inside the mall. It is a short 5 minute walk to a nearby subway station. The staff goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are addressed. Would recommend. There are several extra amenities inside the room which you usually do not see at other hotels.

Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. Overall, probably the best place that I've stayed at. It had a very luxurious feel accompanied by exceptional customer service. The staff members wouldn't even allow me to touch a single bag of mine while checking in or out. Looking forward to our next stay at this property.

Pros:

Most beautiful room I have ever stayed in in Tokyo. Staff is perfect and I couldn't find fault if I wanted to. The gym as well as the pool are amazing.
