Great hotel with spacious rooms that have everything you need. The fact that it’s connected to a large shopping center is very convenient.

I want to highlight the exceptional staff at the restaurant near the lobby. I ordered lunch and had been waiting 30 minutes for my main course (I was in a rush to the airport). I was actually ready to pay for my drinks/appetizers and leave, but they quickly brought out the main dish and insisted it be on the house.

It was a lovely and touching gesture. Please extend my thanks to the restaurant manager!

I stayed on my last day of living in Tokyo where I lived for almost 9 years. Staying at Grand Hyatt
Pros:

Very kind. The concierge staff near the back door was so kind to escort us to the elevator when I inquired about the direction to Roppongi Hills.

Cons:

Non Japanese staff’s English proficiency could be an area of improvement. (Not everyone)
