Pros:

Beautiful and very well kept hotel. I reserved a room with a jetted tub and took full advantage of it. The only thing I missed is in-room coffee, but the coffee dispenser in the lobby had various flavors and types of coffee, so that was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were great!! We got upgraded to suite bc our room wasnt ready yet. Place was quiet. Smelled clean. Everyone one was friendly. Will definitely stay there again

Pool is not private enough. There are big windows you can see the pool from the entry lobby and from the breakfast area. I think it would be very uncomfortable to observed by people as they eat. They should do something about the windows

Pros:

First room given had horrible smell, like bad air freshener trying to cover smoke smell. Was told class of room I booked was not available, so had to take lower tier room as second chance. That room was very hot and found the ac unit cover hanging off and barely blowing cool air, so could not stay in it. Other properties in same area are better and less expensive for offerings, will not book again at this property since two rooms in a row were not acceptable standards for over $100 a night.

The beds were okay, both of the queens had a noticeable divot. Everything was clean thankfully. The staff were efficient and helpful. The mini fridge had the temp knob broken off and didn't cool very well. Our biggest complaint was the shower head. It had no settings, and it sprayed so forcefully that it stung and water got all over the bathroom. I wish I was exaggerating, that needs to go.
There was a birthday party going on that used up the entirety of the breakfast area and pool. We didn't really mind that, but our group of 8 didn't have anywhere to eat our pizza so we just went back to our rooms. Not a terrible place to stay, just some small updates are needed and a "meeting room" would be nice.
