Pros:

We had a place to sleep but it was loud on the 3rd floor the whole night

Cons:

We had a kid screaming in the room next to us and my kids woke up with bite marks

Waren für 2 Nächte im Best Western und haben uns wohlgefühlt, Zimmer sauber und Frstk ok (amerikanisch), Parkplätze vor der Tür, Stadt mit Auto gut erreichbar! Die Damen an der Rezeption auch sehr freundlich, würden wieder buchen!

Cons:

Hat alles gepasst, Kaffee-/Teezubehör zwar nicht mehr im Zimmer, war aber kein Problem, da in der Lobby vorhanden!

Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways were in very much need of cleaning. There was no coffee maker in the room. I went to the lobby to retrieve a cup only to see the coffee maker torn apart and being cleaned. I had to make a run to McDonald’s for coffee.

We didn't get the room we paid for a month in advance, staff was rude as hell, management to this day, a, week later still hasn't contacted me to resolve any issues. Will NEVER stay here again.

Exhausting. Worst motel/hotel experience we’ve had in years

Cons:

We were on the third floor, where there wasn’t supposed to be dogs. There was a dog directly across the hall from us that barked & dug at the door incessantly for hours (7+). Staff said they could t do anything. Walls were so thin, we could hear the podcast the person next door chose to start blaring at 2am

Impressed enough that I will never stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. However, when we arrived, the bathtub was full of water and the faucet was dripping heavily. We drained the tub but had to listen to the drip throughout the night.

My MAIN complaint is that we booked that specific room because it had a separate jacuzzi tub - which my replacement knees need after a long drive. When I turned the tub on, the hot water just trickled and had cooled in the tub before I ever had the chance to get in it. I would have complained immediately, but since we arrived late and were tired, we just opted to try to sleep.

Upon checking out the next morning, I described the issues and asked that my room rate be prorated since the jacuzzi was unusable and we had to listen to the bathtub faucet drip all night. Her response is that they were 'aware' of both issues and that she would have to have a manager call me back. That is a call I'm still waiting for.

A great place to stay if you enjoy being overcharged for being treated like a nuisance. Otherwise, steer clear!

Cons:

Fire the desk clerk, fix the plumbing, and issue a refund of prorated discount.
