Okayish stay, better hotels in Da Nang than this one
Pros:

Great location. Had a fridge. Good shower water pressure. Didn't run out of hot water. Thats nice.

Cons:

Air con was weak and old. The room was very warm and humid from the shower room and from the temperature. Made the room so warm. I also didnt like that during around Tet... the owner of the hotel had many family members and/or friends come over to the hotel and they were all loud and crazy in the lobby... the lobby is small and a place of business... not a family reunion. These people had very stressed faces and not friendly at all. Made our hotel stay uncomfortable. They also proceeded to burn "fake cash" as a Tet ritual of some kind. Made the hotel, and the area smoky and polluted. I coughed a bit. I dont see how polluting the air is something positive, but okay.

Pros:

The girl at the reception seemed very sweet

Cons:

There was no mention of construction work going next door. The only window in the room was opening to construction site. The smell of mold was striking, I had to hold my breath walking into the building. I booked 5 nights there, I only spent 1 night out of 5 in that room and decided to look for something else eventhough I wouldn't get my money back from this booking.

God placering og flinke medarbejdere

Cons:

Det var meget besværligt at lufte ud i hotelværelset selv om man åbnede for vinduet og eller tændte for airconditionanlægget. Der var derfor en tung og fugtig luft i rummet under vores ophold.

The staff's cheerful and friendly demeanor
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and it was very good for the price. Although the hotel is a bit old and seems to have been around for a while, it's still comfortable. Because of the construction next door, it's a bit noisy during the day, but I was okay with that. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, which was much needed.

Pros:

This is a good hotel, the staff is friendly and very enthusiastic. It may have been around for a long time, so it's a bit old but still fully equipped. Near cafes and restaurants. There are a lot of foreign guests here

Cons:

There is a construction next door, so it's a bit noisy, but that's not the hotel's problem

Pros:

Didnt expect much for the given price so the hotel itself was ok. The staff was helpful and respectful.

Cons:

Unfortunately cant give a higher score because of construction works right beside hotel. The drilling started from 7am. The walls and bed was shaking, the sound was so loud even ear plugs didnt help.
