Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews describe the hotel and rooms as very clean and well maintained; no major cleanliness complaints.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and communicative (mentions of specific staff like Ilaria and Andrea, good WhatsApp communication and warm welcome).
Location
9.6
Location repeatedly described as central and ideal for exploring the city; many reviewers highlight proximity to shops, bars and attractions.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are spacious, well furnished and comfortable with good beds and AC, but some issues reported (limited storage/no wardrobe, shower water spread, loud ventilation/construction noise).
Amenities
8.8
Complimentary coffee machine, air conditioning and private parking are noted as positives; kitchenette and accessible bathroom features mentioned. Loss of breakfast and limited covered parking reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.4
Generally good value given location and room quality, but extra charges for scarce private parking and the removal of included breakfast without refund lower perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Limited F&B offering: complimentary coffee praised, but removal of breakfast (and lack of communication/compensation) is a clear negative in several reviews.
Overall Experience
10
Majority of reviews are very positive ('Loved it', 'Très bon séjour', 'Maravilhosa'), praising staff, cleanliness and location; despite some negatives (noise, breakfast removal), overall stays are highly recommended.

Pros:

Loveeddddd it!
Pros:

Absolutely loved this Hotel! It does feel very boutique.
Loved my room, loved the decor, loved the location
The cleaning lady was sweet.
And loved the receptionists! I think I encountered 3 of them and all were great, hospitable and helpful.
Especially the guy in my last evening (forgot the name, sorry) who helped be book an amazing restaurant

100% rebook if I’m back in the city
Keep it up!

Cons:

Mmm the shower is in the room. I liked the design but maybe it would be weird for friends/family.

Pros:

Super freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:
