Cons:

Das Eck-Zimmer für diesen Preis wo eine Fensterfront zum gegenüberliegenden Haus zeigt finde ich zu teuer! Schade

Pros:

De centrale ligging en de beschikbare parking zijn grote pluspunten, zeker in een stad als Basel. De parkeerplaatsen zelf zijn wel erg smal en kort, waardoor parkeren met een grotere wagen niet gemakkelijk is.

Cons:

Wat minder positief is, is dat het hotelpersoneel zeer slecht Engels spreekt en ook moeilijk Engels begrijpt, waardoor de communicatie zowel bij het in- als uitchecken moeizaam verliep. Ondanks dat ik al eerder in het hotel verbleef, stonden mijn gegevens niet meer in het computersysteem. Ik moest mijn gegevens opnieuw doorgeven, zowel bij het inchecken als bij het uitchecken. Daarnaast liet ook de netheid van de kamer opnieuw te wensen over. De schoonmaak was veel te oppervlakkig. Aangezien ik dit ook tijdens mijn vorige verblijf heb ervaren, lijkt dit eerder een terugkerend aandachtspunt dan een eenmalig voorval.

Soweit pk, wir waren nur ein paar Stunden (1 - 7 Uhr) im Hotel. Den Redt der Zeit verbrachten wir am Jodlerfest.
