Einfach nur schade!

Die Zimmer sind schön, mit toller Aussicht.
Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl riesig und sehr lecker, hat aber seinen Preis, wenn es nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist.

Wenn wir in Basel ist, steigen wir in diesem Hotel ab.
Wir nehmen immer ein teueres Zimmer, welches uns berechtigt in die Lounge im 30. Stock zu gehen. Auf die freuen wir uns besonders!

Zum grossen Erstaunen, hiess es beim einchecken, die Lounge sei seit Januar geschlossen…

Warum konnte oder wollte niemand beantworten. Wir haben mitte Februar gebucht und auf nachfragen, sagte man uns „eigentlich“ hätte Booking uns informieren müssen.
Erstaunlicherweise wird sogar auf der eigenen Homepage, damit noch geworben.

Geht gar nicht! Nächstes Mal suchen wir uns ein anderes Hotel in dieser schönen Stadt.
