Second trip here. Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable rooms, good food and helpful staff.

We stayed for 2 nights after arriving at the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The standard room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower. The bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fine.
The hotel has a roof terrace where you can sit out.

La atención, nos enviaron WhatsApp de localización y del coste que nos tenían que cobrar desde el aeropuerto, aún y así nos engañó el taxi del aeropuerto, al dia siguiente el recepcionista nos contrató uno desde el hotel y fue genial. Recomiendo contratar desde el hotel, los del aeropuerto…fatal

The location to the airport. Prior Communication. Wonderful dinner served to us and attended (only ones there). quiet room. No bugs. Fair price. We checked in (lots of paperwork we were advised of), were escorted to our rooms and were given some explanations by really nice young men (better english). It was a different kind of experience but not bad. Small Terrace was nice but was being used by a big group. Bed was fine. Shower, but I ran out of hot water both times. Space them out. I didn't mind the 'all in one' shower room. Taxi to hotel at 6pm was 400 rupees set price at airport. He didn't know where hotel was and took a very long route even with gps. Going back at 3am was 700 set by hotel- he also took a much shorter route.. AC was fine. Dining area was nice but we never saw any food but what we ordered.

It has been one of the greatest pleasures of my life to stay at Hotel Gracious by Vishvesh Hotels & Home Stay during my recent visit to Delhi. This is not just a hotel—it truly felt like a home for me.

From the moment I landed in Delhi at 2 AM, I was enveloped in kindness. Mr. Virender Singh, the soul of this hotel, personally came to pick me up from the airport along with Shukla ji. Despite the hour, they welcomed me with a warm smile and a beautiful bouquet, making me feel instantly special and cared for.

For the entire three days I spent in Delhi, Mr. Virender Singh took care of every single detail—my stay, my comfort, my peace of mind. He was not just a hotelier, but a guardian angel who made sure I lacked nothing. Each moment I spent inside Hotel Gracious was filled with a sense of serenity and belonging.

The hotel itself is immaculate—neat, clean, fresh, and radiating a positive aura. Walking into the property felt less like entering a hotel and more like stepping into a temple of peace and warmth. A special mention to the Buddha statue in the hotel—the story behind it is nothing short of a miracle and adds a deep spiritual energy to the place. I feel blessed to have known that story and experienced the hotel’s unique vibe.

The staff, under Mr. Virender’s leadership, are truly courteous, respectful, and always smiling. Their kindness is not forced—it’s genuine, and that’s what makes all the difference. Every small request of mine was met with an immediate response.

One memory that touched my heart was when I needed something specific from the market. Mr. Virender Singh didn’t hesitate for a second. Under the blazing Delhi sun, sweating yet determined, he accompanied me to the market, walking tirelessly until we found what I was searching for. That level of care and selflessness is rare and deeply touching.

The breakfast prepared by Raju was simply delicious, served with love and care. I even got the chance to enjoy a homely breakfast with Mr. Virender Singh at his own residence—a gesture that cemented the feeling that this was not just business, but family.

I feel incredibly blessed and honoured to know Mr. Virender Singh, not just as a community member, but as a friend and brother. His hospitality is not merely professional—it comes from a place of genuine affection and humanity.

To anyone reading this—Hotel Gracious is not merely a place to stay; it’s a place to feel loved, safe, and valued. It’s a rare gem in the hospitality world, reflecting true Indian hospitality and the spirit of family.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Gracious by Vishesh for a stay in Delhi. I arrived in Delhi (from the UK) in early May and was due to spend my stopover night on the way to Rishikesh, here at Gracious..... But I got scammed by a 'taxi driver' at the airport and told that my hotel was closed. I ended up being dumped in an awful 'hotel' in the middle of nowhere and felt quite uneasy. I managed to call the owner of Gracious by Vishesh and he immediately offered to pick me up and bring me to his, (my proper pre- booked hotel). He was very kind and when I said I didn't want to ask him to do that (because it was late at night) he very kindly offered to transfer my booking to the end of the month, when I would be coming back to Delhi for my return stopover (which I hadn't booked yet). When I arrived in Delhi at the end of my trip I was looking forward to knowing I was staying somewhere safe, as a solo female traveller. And I wasn't disappointed. The streets of Delhi are chaotic, crazy, busy and wild, but as soon as you open the door to the reception it feels safe, calm and welcoming. The check in was efficient and I was escorted to my room and shown around. The room was nice, everything worked fine and was pleasant, there was a mini fridge with some cold drinks if required, TV, air con nice lighting and the bed and furnishings were all clean and comfortable. I met the owner Viren, his very lovely wife and his youngest son and had a lovely chat and felt very welcomed and looked after during my very short stay. I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast (which looked nice and I'm sorry I missed out), but I woke up a little late and had to rush to get ready to go to the airport. The receptionist booked a car for me the night before and if was there on the dot of 8am. I was very happy with my stay and I would recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone, especially lone travellers who are a bit nervous or experiencing Delhi/India for the first time. Have stayed at this property multiple times. Rooms are consistently clean and servers are always more than willing to accommodate. Close to Delhi airport, so great for a stopover or before traveling elsewhere. Area is always buzzing with activity. Nice that the hotel has a gym, though it charges for such.

I had a wonderful stay again. The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is near to the airport. I recommend if you are going to Delhi to stay at Gracious by Vishesh Hotels & Homestay

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, and this was a good choice for this purpose. Quiet rooms.

Really nice hotel: clean, nice amenities, good price, great food, close to the airport and easy access to everywhere in Delhi. The staff is friendly and the owner is very helpful. They also offer good suggestions for activities and educate you on what to pay attention when visiting India. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience and intend to come back.

Als kurzes Stoppoverhotel föllig okay für den Preis kann man nicht ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Würden es jederzeit für einen kurzen Stopp wieder buchen. Jedoch würden wir kein Frühstück dazu buchen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Uns war es wichtig das keine Krabbelviecher im Zimmer sind und die Betten sauber und das war der Fall.

The staff member that showed me the room was very helpful and nice, the following morning at check out was easy and fine although there was a mix up with the taxi timing.

Wonderful stay at Gracious! Friendly, helpful staff (especially Manoj, who picked us up at the airport, showed us around the hotel, and made us feel welcome, cared for and at home with his gentle, cheerful and gracious :) manner), delicious authentic food that isn't too spicy for foreigners, comfy beds, and clean, cozy, quiet rooms all make Gracious a wonderful place to stay. The rooftop garden is a fantastic addition to a lovely hotel.

The staff was immediately friendly. The location was great right near the airport. All the room facilities, restaurant and even hallways very clean. The food we had was absolutely delicious. Chicken Tikka, Palak Paneer and Briyani. They were considerate of our western palate and not too spicy but full of delicious flavor. There was also a really nice little garden n the roof and you could observe the rooftop bustling life of Delhi to get a glimpse into local life. Very cool. The bed was VERY comfortable and sheets soft. The room was also very quiet compared to surrounding city. Peaceful for a deep sleep. All the things you would want for a decent price. Can’t recommend enough.
