Pros:

I liked the motel easy access to public transport. I was able to get bus to Box Hill then train to city (south melbourne market) without any dramad.

Cons:

Difficult to get onto whitehorse Rd during peak hour especialky with parents driving kids to school.

Cons:

Wi-Fi在我入住期间根本不工作，无法使用。问过前台工作人员，只告诉我都去试一下，但全部Wi-Fi（Tudor+No.）全部试过，都无法使用，几乎全部都是没有信号。我预定的房间的Wi-Fi也永远无法连接。这个情况在我入住的全部期间都没有解决。

I wouldn’t stay here again..
Pros:

Only thing I liked is that it’s located close to box hill central and the hospital where I needed to be!

FIRST AND FOREMOST!!! booking.com says there is no deposit required, but when you arrive they want $200!!!!!!!!! If you read google, they have bad history with returning deposits also. I am still awaiting mine!!

The beds were uncomfortable, wifi didn’t work adequately, apartment is located across busy road, beds not comfortable, inside cupboards and drawers dirty, furniture broken/missing parts (like table in lounge), broken washing basket so couldn’t do washing, dirty bed linen, towels and bath mats with holes, fridge/freezer stuck and hard to open, loover damaged for heater so couldn’t use the swing feature, one extra blanket in a room of 3 people, mould growing on roof and part of roof missing, marks all through place on walls, tiles, ect. Very unpleasant stay. Reception never there when you call, don’t answer anything in app. Take a security deposit even though it isn’t stated when you book on here. Receptionist was rude on check in and not helpful on how to find apartment, had to ask someone on the street. Some apartments are also rented out longer term,
so very noisy people in the building, spa and pool in pictures is not in the apartments/can’t be used as it’s on the other side of road.
Overall very poor and unpleasant experience. I was there with my sick dad for hospital appointments and they have refused to refund my stay because I couldn’t report during my stay. I was physically unable to. They took our last bit of money when they took the security deposit, so overall I would stay somewhere else or read the Google reviews which are more accurate than the ones on booking.com!!! :)
Ps. Enjoy the photo of me on the bus with my packet of chips, glad to get out of there!

It was fine for a short stay. I arrived late evening and reception was closed. The duty manager gave me a room on the ground floor which was helpful as I have a bad knee
