A Comfortable and Spacious Stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms with all the comforts you need for a stay away from home. Beds are comfortable and kitchens well equipped with lovely extra large towels. The staff are also amazing.

Cons:

Time for some new pillows and possibly linen. It would be nice to have an extra throw rug in each room for colder months. Need some maintenance down in room to manage leaks and mould development. Improved ventilation in bathroom areas would significantly help.

Cons:

Cleanliness.. The property is very old needs a bit of updating.. Same with appliances, utensils and others. Wifi is very bad... Cant be used for work. I used my mobile data most of the time for meetings and other important work.

Quiet, comfortable and good value for money
Pros:

Secure off-street parking. Quiet, relaxing room. Friendly, helpful staff. Short walking to a great choice of eateries.

Cons:

Cutlery and crockery should be improved. 2 plates, cups, knives, forks and spoons just aren't enough for the stay.

Pros:

We stayed at the Tudor appartments for a night when we came to Box Hill to experience the Japanese Festival. Perfect location as only a short walk from station and the town hall. Very spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed for our short stay.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Pros:

The Spa.

Cons:

The room was two storey, and the carpet on the stairs had not been vacuumed thoroughly. Rubbish was still in the garbage bin in the bathroom. This motel is also used as permanent accommodation and there was a lot of noise from the residents next door that continued until late at night.
