We paid for a one bedroom apart ent axross the road we end up being told we had been upgraded to a spa suite which was a down grade had no kitchenette or shower curtain, had rubbish under the bed no balcony or smart tv and the lamps beside the bed hit me in the head all in all we were vwry dksappointed

Dirty. Exposed electrical cable. Hole in wall covered by paper. Stains on carpet. Minimal power points. No bed lamp. Dirty spa. Smell funky.

Wir hatten ein Appartement. Ideal für mehrere Tage in der Stadt. Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive, Abstellplatz fürs Auto in der Tiefgarage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. Nur 3 Bushaltestellen bis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essen oder 15min zu Fuß.

Great accommodation and price, but only if you can book a ground floor room. Otherwise, not suitable for those with poor
Pros:

Great vicinity to get around on Public Transport (bus stops close by) from Box Hill Train station. So many oriental eateries inside Box Hill Central Shopping Centre. Many more just outside on side streets

Cons:

Unfortunately if you can’t secure a ground floor room, stairways to next level are difficult/slippery if wet, to climb (especially with suitcase upon arrival & departure). Since I had just recovered from a broken wrist that took 12months healing, I was very leg shaky/nervous climbing steps each time I returned from going out.

The apartment stunk, the bed sheets were stained and the carpet was very dirty.
So we swapped for a hotel room, which had holes in the walls, broken towel racks, very old mattress that sunk in the middle.
