The staff was responsive. I would not stay here again due go the odor and the heat in the hallways.
Pros:

From the outside of the building it looked clean and spacious.

Cons:

The lobby was fine comfortable temperatures.
The assigned floor and room had a strong odor of a coverup spray.
Went down to the desk the staff moved us to another floor. It too had an odor and the hallway was hot.

My day was pretty shitty my stuff disappeared.
Pros:

I liked how they had a pool and the place was pretty much clean.

Cons:

The only thing that really upset me is when I booked a two night stay after my first night I left that morning took my kids to go do stuff all day and when I came back, I opened my door to the room I was in went into the bathroom and a lot of my stuff was gone. They cleaned it and I guess didn’t think we were coming back even though I had a two night stay when I went up to the front desk and complained about it. They told me I was lying. Nobody took my stuff. I was very upset. No one ever got a hold of me or even looked for the things.

I think I would have been quite content if my room hadn't been damp.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Cons:

My room had a damp feel to it. Running the a/c helped but the sheets still felt damp and there was a slight musty smell.

Breakfast offerings were mostly carbs. I would have liked some eggs and some fruit other than just apples.

Waste of time and money

Cons:

i didn’t get to stay and they took my money, they claim to have a policy where you have to be 21 to stay, however this information was NOT disclosed to me until i was in the lobby of the hotel with almost 200 dollars missing.

Easy to find off highway, nice room, decent breakfast, pushy & annoying housekeeping
Pros:

Easy to find from highway, front-desk staff available 24 hours and they’re friendly and helpful, coffee in lobby all night and decent breakfast with waffles, biscuits & gravy and yogurt, etc

Cons:

Housekeeping started pestering folks around 9:30 to 10 AM whether or not they’re done in the room. Checkout is at 11 AM. First time we encountered, they asked my daughter if we’re done lil after 10 AM when she wen’t to the car to get something and she said to me that housekeeping is going around hurrying folks along. Then later I wen’t out the room to get ice and I don’t appreciate attitude from housekeeping when I tell them that no we’re not done in the room at around 10:15. Then we got attitude again when I told him, no we’re still not done at 10:40 because we only have 2 arms and can only carry so much to the car each trip. And while the male housekeeper was giving us attitude we saw the female housekeeper was arguing with the lady next door to us about getting done and out, again this was around 10:40 AM and I overheard the lady say back that she would be done faster packing up if she wouldn’t keep getting interrupted every ten minutes to see whether or not she’s ready to leave the room. Again, checkout is at 11 AM and also ‘do not disturb’ means just that
