A charming, traditional hotel with attentive staff, excellent single-sex onsens and a lovely authentic Japanese experien
Pros:

The traditional Japanese experience was a real highlight, from sleeping on futon beds to enjoying a traditional Japanese breakfast. The onsens (single-sex) were excellent, and the attentive staff made everything easy, notably with a quick shuttle service to the town centre. The slightly older, traditional design gave the hotel a lot of character while remaining perfectly functional and comfortable.

Nothing to report. We have no negative comments about our stay.

Pros:

La chambre avec la vue sur le Mt. Fuji était juste incroyable ! Le personnel était toujours à l’écoute et très aidant, peu importe l’heure ! Je recommande vraiment c’est établissement ☺️

Lovely hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

We had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji that appeared early in the morning. The meals were lovely.

Fantastic room and the staff attentiveness was a real highlight!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay, the view from the room is a real highlight, the lake and Mt Fuji both visible on a clear day! The Japanese style beds are comfortable and the staff are really attentive, they helped us out with a lot of activities and storing bags etc.

Cons:

The kaiseki dinner and breakfast was served in the restaurant and all at once rather than course by course. Not bad at all, just a thing to note in advance if that is important to you!

Fantastische kamer met uitzicht op Mount Fuji
Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. De kamer met het uitzicht op de Mount Fuji is fantastisch!!! De onsen waren heel fijn. Het eten was geweldig en heel uitgebreid.

整體體驗還是很ＯＫ，ＣＰ值是美好的富士山窗景
Pros:

1.飯店員工會主動打招呼，也會依據客人需求提供服務與問題回覆，感受到純樸的熱情。
2.於退房後主動幫客人跟富士山拍合照，留下很棒的收尾與回憶。
3.入住兩天皆選擇一泊二食，兩天的早、晚餐餐食會做變化，是樸實無華的家常味。
4.房間能一覽富士山山景，很愜意與舒適。
