Pros:

1. 房間景觀絕佳，老旅館氛圍佳
2. 溫泉池寬闊舒適、景觀美
3. 距離可欣賞「逆富士」的河口湖大橋旁邊的產屋崎步行只要 8 分鐘
4. 櫃檯與餐廳人員親切，會解答各種疑問，也給我們許多觀光建議
5. 有訂餐點，好吃但變化有限，若連住的話建議買一天餐食即可（附近有步行可到的餐廳）
6. 交通方便，有至河口湖站的免費接駁，距離公車站也相當近
7. 房間與盥洗保養備品與沖泡品為自取，其中的馬鈴薯濃湯很好喝

1. 老房隔音稍差，可聽得到隔壁房客大聲聊天，可以請櫃台協助勸導
2. 浴場內無時鐘，無法隨時注意時間，浴場無體重計

景觀優美，服務很好的飯點
Pros:

房間窗戶正對著富士山，晚上剛好遇到花火節，在房間裡就可以溫暖的看煙火非常幸福。櫃檯員工非常友善的介紹了我們很多河口湖周邊相關的資訊，早餐是日式套餐很美味，在飯店前面就可以停車，很方便。

房間內面湖的景色非常棒, 服務人員親切又有熱忱
Pros:

剛抵達住宿停車場時服務人員就先快的到車子旁邊等待, 接著很俐落的幫我們接走行李.
讓開了一段路扺達的我們有個很舒服的開始.
住宿的房間正對著河口湖, 在房間裡就可以欣當到逆富士(傍晚尤佳)
男女泡湯池早上/晚上會互換, 不過二邊的玻璃都會起霧看不到湖面的景色,
晚餐內容蠻豐盛的, 負責介紹菜色和招呼的女將非常專業而且對工作充滿熱情
即使我們的日文不是很流利, 女將也盡可能描述或用肢體和表情讓我們了解她想表達的內容
女將是我們在日本旅遊中所感受到最熱情又專業的餐廳服務人員
就如其它評論所言, 是這家旅館餐廳的靈魂人物.
還有一點要特別提出來肯定的, 我們住的八家旅館幾乎都在退房後就不會提供服務, 但新世紀河口湖在退房後, 工作人員仍堅持幫我們把行李推到停車場的車子旁, 晚上外出購物後回到停車場, 服務人員也會馬上出來查看確認有沒有需求, 這些精神都是讓我們覺得值得給10分的服務.

Cons:

1.泡湯點的玻璃會起霧看不到湖面的景色女比較可惜一點
2.餐點的肉類份量較少, 正在發育的青少年會吃不飽.

服務人員讓我們不太舒服，但可以體諒，不舒服的情緒被晚上的冬花火及隔天一早的逆富士沖淡了～

Pros:

地點離河口湖很近，是可以步行就到的，但他們也提供接駁服務，打電話給他們，就會派人來接。而且飯店有每半小時至河口湖的接駁車，有需要可以跟櫃台說，服務人員都非常熱忱。也有泡湯池，人不會很多，泡起來很舒服。
早上一開窗就可以很近的看到富士山。我們剛好遇到花火節，詢問服務員如何前往，服務員跟我們說可以直接在房間看煙火就好了，真的超近超漂亮的，不用人擠人也不用受凍。
最後一天因還有行程，還在思考要在河口湖寄行李，服務員跟我們說約時間，他們會將行李載到河口湖，真的讓人玩得非常放心。
