Vue exceptionnelle sur Fuji/lac Kawaguchiko et personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

- La vue sur le Lac/Fuji qui est incroyable. Nous avons eut la chance d’avoir les tirs de feux d’artifices et c’était une très bonne expérience.

- La propreté et le mixte modernité / tradition de la chambre.

- Le personnel aux petits soins et à l’écoute

- Petit déjeuner traditionnel copieux et qui varie tout les jours.

- Le Onsen immense + les fauteuils massants, un vrai plaisir après une bonne journée de visite.

Allez y les yeux fermés.

Cons:

- Les futons étaient un peu « durs » pour nous européens.

C’est le 3ème séjour en hébergement type ryokan que nous faisons et c’était un peu moins confort que d’habitude mais rien qui empêche de passer une bonne nuit.

C’est un détail.

Pros:

The lake and Mt Fuji view is awesome. Staff are friendly and very good at English. Communication is a breeze.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are a bit old given its age, but cleanliness and comfort are still good.

Nice property for Mt Fuji view, relaxation and hospitality.
Pros:

The location and view were perfect; we were fortunate that the weather allowed us to see Mt Fuji. The shuttle from the station was easy to arrange and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast included with our package. It was a nice, relaxing break between large city visits.

Cons:

I'm glad we had one night in a traditional Japanese inn for the experience, just know that the futon on the beautiful floor is still a thin mattress on a floor. Exactly as described, so not a negative, just have realistic sleep expectations.
