Perfect Location.
Pros:

I was in a triple room and it was wonderful. Spacious and comfortable. Bonus having a fridge in such hot weather as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely and close to everything. Short tube ride to Theatre and Notting Hill. Walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants as well as Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

Nos quedamos en una habitación familiar, la distribución era extraña, nada que ver con las fotos de la web. Vistas a un muro, No había aire acondicionado y la habitación era muy calurosa. como daba a un patio interior casi no había corriente por lo que por la noche no se refrescaba. Había un ventilador de techo en una de las habitaciones pero en la otra era un ventilador portátil que hacía mucho ruido y era imposible dormir con él. No lo recomiendo para ir en verano. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, le daría 2. No repetiré.

Amazing location and the Staff were lovely.

Room comprised of three ‘tiny’ rooms together. This meant there was poor air flow and the flat was extremely stuffy

Pros:

Apartamento con cocina y baño completo camas muy cómodas.

Ideal para estancias cortas, muy buena ubicación está en una zona tranquila con muy buena conexión de autobús/metro y con locales cercanos de restauración y alimentación tipo M&S, Tesco....etc

Cons:

El apartamento tenía un equipo de aire acondicionado portátil tipo pingüino que era bastante ruidoso aunque enfriaba muy bien.

Deberían plantearse cambiar el ascensor porque era hiper lento tardaba en subir 1 minuto por planta, cronometrado...jaja

Very good position and good cleanliness of the room.
Towels are changed every day.
The nearby is full of restaurants and supermarket. Very close to both the tube station and many bus stations.

We all loved our stay!
Pros:

The flats were spacious and had a lot of natural light. The area was quiet, safe yet lively. The location couldn't be better for visiting the city.

Cons:

There was no bin or mirror in my room which I tought strange for such nice apartments. Also, thevkitchen could be a bit better equipped.

L'emplacement à côté de Hyde Park. Station de métro à proximité.
Beaucoup de commerces d'alimentation.

Cons:

Chambre en sous sol sans aucune lumière qui jouxtait la lingerie.
On nous a demandé de payer 50 pounds pour changer de chambre.
Personnel peu aimable et peu arrangeant, voire méprisant.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel : au vu du prix la prestation ne vaut pas le coup.
