Pros:

Great amenities! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Bayswater station. Loads of shops, cafes and restaurants near by.

Cons:

We used the iron twice and it tripped all power to our room on both occasions. Something faulty there!

Will always be my number one choice of place to stay whenever i'm in London
Pros:

Been choosing this place since 2017 and will always come back here! Spacious and very comfortable space, great and safe location and staffs were friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The squeaky floor and not sound proof door because i kept getting interrupted with noises of people walking and talking even from my bedroom so it is a bit distracting especially when i want to rest without so much noise
