Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre et salle de bain.

Cons:

- Le ménage très mal fait est bâclé
- Le petit déjeuner très peu de choix, les viennoiseries et pain super sec.
- Bon emplacement par rapport au centre, mais vos mieux être véhiculé car la pente pour monter l’hôtel bon courage. (Prendre grab moto ou voiture car tuktuk ne vous monte pas en haut)

Bonita estancia a 15 min del centro de Patong
Pros:

Es un lugar algo alejado (10-15 min en taxi) de la zona céntrica de Patong por lo que se puede estar más tranquilo y relajarse. Las vistas son bonitas y las instalaciones nuevas. La cama es cómoda. Nosotros nos alojamos en la Suite, muy amplia y con un baño muy grande. Además proporcionan varios utensilios que pueden ser de utilidad. El personal muy amable y servicial. Nos hicieron un pequeño detalle por nuestra luna de miel. Los días que salimos de excursión nos proporcionaron desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

La idea de desayuno bufet + carta al estilo “all you can eat” es buena pero los platos son bastante mejorables. Además el desayuno termina a las 10:30am, algo que no concordaba con nuestra idea de “vacaciones relax” ya que preferíamos dormir hasta más tarde.
La ubicación es un plus y un minus a la vez: el hotel está a 10-15 minutos de Patong pero está en la cima de una colina por lo que algunos taxis tenían dificultad para encontrarlo y hubo uno que no quiso subir. Bajar andando a la playa no es factible. El servicio shuttle que ofrece el hotel es muy escaso, solo baja y sube 4 veces al día, el último coche baja a las 18:30. Si no te importa coger taxi o tienes moto la ubicación no es un problema.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to be away from the craziness of Phuket , its very peaceful but at the same time has a buzzy vibe , It defiantly lived up to 5 star. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed and I could not fault the food either.

Pros:

Overall, the property feels overrated and does not deliver good value for money compared to other options in Phuket.

Had a fantastic experience, would stay again
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great, I had such a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and exactly like on the photos.
The hotel is fairly small, which makes it so much nicer, because it feels calm and more intimate compared to when staying in big hotels.
The pool area is so nice, although I do wish there were more chairs. The mango shakes from one specific bartender are to die for!

When it comes to the location, I think this was also fantastic. It's in Patong, but not directly in the busy area, which means that it's quiet around the hotel. The beach is a long walk away, but due to the traffic, I almost always took a taxi. Hotel shuttle is also a convenient option, but it only leaves 4x per day and I didn't feel like restricting myself to that schedule. Taking a taxi is very cheap if you use inDrive or something similar.

Overall I am 99% sure I would stay there again if I visited Phuket, unless I really felt like trying something new.

Cons:

This isn't exactly a negative, but just so future guests know: there isn't a huge breakfast buffet. Instead, one has to order from a menu. This makes sense, because the hotel is so small, but I did feel like the options were very limited and it became a bit dull after a week. So, more breakfast options in the menu maybe?
