Pros:

Very good hotel with nice, attentive staff. Perfect breakfast as you choose from the menu what you want. A bit far from centre and beach but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel.

Pros:

Although it's located close to busy roads and in one of the busiest parts of Phuket, there's a definite sense of seclusion and tranquility when sitting on your balcony. Sure, it's a steep hike to reach the hotel, and a test of patience sometimes to get transport through the usual apps, but there's nowhere else I'd rather have stayed in Patong. The room is beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast covers all bases.

Cons:

The awful choice of wines for the minibar ;) Whomever chose those should not be in charge of any food or drink related things... Thank God for the wine shops in the center.

Jokatoinen asia ravintolan menusta oli loppu joka päivä, henkilökunta ei tehnyt mitään asian edistämiseksi. Myös esim popcornia ei voinut ostaa vaikka siemenet ja kone olivat esillä, koska he olivat päättäneet popcorn päiväksi perjantain.

Pool and suite was nice!

Cons:

Every single day, something was unavailable at the hotel restaurant. There was not a single order where the waiter did not have to apologize for the fact that they did not have what we asked for, whether it was a drink or a dish. The food we did receive also did not match the descriptions on the menu.

We have never eaten such bad pizza anywhere else. The only somewhat acceptable food was the eggs Benedict and the fruit at breakfast. Everything else was absolutely terrible.

There was also a constant advertisement running on the room television for the Mojjo rooftop bar, but when we asked about it, we were told it no longer even exists.

The staff’s willingness to serve was also in a league of its own. At the pool bar, there was a popcorn machine with all the supplies needed to make popcorn, but when we asked if we could buy some, we were told it was not possible and that it was only available on Fridays.

This hotel was definitely not a five star hotel. It was much closer to three stars.

Alles in allen kann man sich nicht beschweren. Das Hotel scheint relativ frisch renoviert zu sein, ist sauber. Die Zimme

Im Allgemeinen ist die Unterkunft sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht besonders und einige Sachen auf der Karte. Sind nicht verfügbar und werden auch noch extra berechnet.

Cons:

Overpriced. Literally the room was so tiny, there was no space to keep a suitcase, rooms were kept clean, as the housekeeper does the good job. Breakfast buffet was meh, mineral water overpriced, food meh, pizza was worst ever, dont try. Room cost was overpriced, food price wasn’t overpriced but the food was better when ordered through grab of other restaurants. The hotel restaurant is not good
