Pros:

Water park is awesome. Staff is really accommodating and friendly. The only down side is the other guests. Some parents and their children act like they own the place.

Cons:

The way people raise their kids. Not the fault of the hotel.

Good Breakfast, nice pool, and good room.

Cons:

Breakfast area could be fixed up. Dining chairs need to be washed and they need new curtains.

Pros:

The hot food was barely warm. The coffee was great. Could of had more of a variety of pastries.

Cons:

We had no exhaust fan in the bathroom so was alot of moisture in the room but we were able to open the window.

Pros:

The Waterpark was very kid friendly, the room was clean and decently sized but overpriced

Cons:

The arcade was tiny a quarter of the machines weren't working. The drinks in the Waterpark were so overpriced. The couch in our room the cushions were sunken in so it wasn't comfortable to sit on at all

Tub was a little tall , hard to get into. Would also like to see grab bars in the shower.
