Our room was conveniently located one the first floor.
Everything was fine.
Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen Älter, aber alles war noch richtig gut im Schuss. Die Aussicht auf den Fluss war sehr schön und unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Endlich mal ein Hotel wo die Zimmertüren nicht so laut zuknallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls richtig gut und die Portion waren sehr gross. Das Fitness und den Pool haben wir hier nicht genutzt aber auch das hat ok ausgesehen. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen um uns alles zu erklären. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten bei der Durchreise.
Easy check in and out. Food at the restaurant is very good.
Our room smelled like dogs...especially the couch. My wife has asthma so it was a little bit of a bother but we resolved it by getting an extra sheet and covering the couch..
Waitress was so friendly and accommodated my breakfast, which was very good. Clean, organized and plenty of setting. There was no waiting.

Receptionist is not friendly, room cleaning needs to be cleaned , nobody help us cleaning the room,
Worst service I've experienced. We checked into a third-floor room and loaded all of our luggage onto a cart, only to discover that the elevator was out of service. I returned to the front desk and explained that we needed a first-floor room due to the elevator issue. We were then reassigned to a king room, despite our reservation being for a family of four.
I had to return to the front desk again to point out that we needed a room with two beds, as originally booked, or at least a rollaway bed. Throughout the entire experience, multiple front desk staff members were rude and argumentative rather than helpful. Instead of working to resolve the issues, they seemed more interested in debating them.
To make matters worse, food service was also unavailable during our stay. None of these issues were disclosed before our arrival, despite the elevator and food service outages clearly being ongoing problems that the hotel was already aware of.
The entire experience was frustrating and poorly managed, with little regard for guest convenience or customer service. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
STAFF: Tiana Kelly was very helpful going above and beyond the call of duty. I asked for restaurant recommendations because I have dietary issues and she told me she would ask her friends and other staff and get back to me. The next day, she did call and give me names of some local restaurants. I could not believe that she kept her word and actually researched restaurants and called me. Now, that is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE! The Hilton is lucky to have her! THANK YOU, Tiana!!!
HOTEL: Extremely sterile room similar to staying in a hospital with nothing colorful: white walls, no pictures, sloppily made beds, extremely blah. A very disappointing experience since Hiltons of yesteryear were nothing like this!!!

Excellent location for our trip through California. Very safe and secure with an on-site security team. Felt very safe leaving our U-Haul in the parking lot overnight. Staff were very friendly. Very clean.
Breakfast was not so good. Thin walls in the room. Could hear over guests easily.
It was excellent and our server Kathy was a delight
No elevator service which were told of when checked in. Only to find out it was scheduled to be out of service April 30 May 1st. No notification in advance and had spouse who’s 70 years old with multiple medical issues without access to an elevator that has mobility issues without key cards to access our rooms not working requiring us to walk twice the distances.
Good location, clean, comfy bedding
A Completely Fine Place to Stay! We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Redding on our road trip to several California National Parks. This was conveniently located on our trip to Lassen Volcanic NP. We always found parking in the lot, and luggage carts were parked out front for our use. A sort of beach-y decor, and fine atmosphere. Clean, quiet, no issues. Service was fine, and the value was also fine. A simple, plain, unremarkable room and bathroom, as one would expect. Curtains made the room nearly dark, but again, no issues whatsoever. I am glad we stayed here.
