Pros:

The staff are very helpful. We had bicycles with us and they assisted us with all requests. The breakfast and breakfast staff was extremely good. The location is within walking distance to popular sights.

Cons:

The restaurant has great food and the outside area is very nice. Placing orders and receiving was a little slow.

Pros:

Bed was comfy

Cons:

Bath was a jacuzzi. Didn't work. Coffee machine didn't work. Door to outside balcony. No handle on the outside so would be unable to get back in! Paid over €200 for one night. Should ensure that everything is working before charging that much! Second time we've stayed. First time kept awake all night by a couple fighting on the floor above us.

Séjour au delà de mes attentes : tout est très bien 👍
Pros:

Loin du centre ville mais service de navette jusqu’à la bouche de métro et ailleurs.
Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. Très professionnel : à l’accueil, personne qui s’occupe du ménage à l’étage très pro 👍
Menu du jour :bon rapport qualité prix avec des produits de qualité.
Bar ouvert en journée et le soir !
La piscine est grande et propre !!!

La buena educación del recepcionista que el pobre no sabia donde meter-se.
Sinceramente no sé que hace trabajando en este hotel.Habiamos venido una vez pero està serà la última.
Estoy casi segura que por la ubicación que tiene el hotel que como saben està justo al lado del " Hospital Sant Joan de Deu" como pueden suponer mucha gente viene al hotel para tener una pequeña via de escape, tomar una ducha y comer algo que fue lo que pedimos justo al llegar hasta que hora podiamos comer y nos puntalizarón hasta las 22'30.
No creo que sea un hotel más bien para el ocio.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es la MALA EDUCACIÓN, MALA CARA Y POCA EMPATIA DE LA CHICA DE LA BARRA.Bajamos a comer a las 21'50 horas estavamos en la barra le pedimos para comer y con mucha SOBERBIA Y MALA EDUCACIÓN NOS CONTESTÓ QUE LA COCINA ESTAVA CERRADA le dijimos que nos habian dicho a las 22'30 y nos contestó pues hoy no! Le insisti si podia preguntar a cocina si le podian hacer un bocadillo a mi marido y a mi no hacia falta que me hicieran nada y nos dijo " YA ME HABEIS OÏDO LA COCINA ESTÀ CERRADA" asi que cogimos y nos fuimos del hotel al que vamos siempre H10 Gallery que te tratan super bien y siempre te solucionan cualquier inconveniente.
Le recomendaria a la chica del bar que si no le gusta su trabajo que canvie y a la dirección que elija bien su personal

J ai beaucoup aimé la serviabilité du personnel surtout de Samira qui est excellente dans son travail. Les repas étaient très bons.
