Lack of front desk staff and loud at night but bed comfortable
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Rooms had cobwebs and generally just not very clean in my opinion. Certainly not a pig stye either. I just think it could have been in better shape. We stayed at the hotel last in 2021 and the rooms were hospital level clean then

My Superbowl stay at the Fremont/Silicon Hotel in California
Pros:

We came down for the Superbowl. The room, the service, the shuttle bus to the stadium and back, the morning breakfast and the hosts.....everything was great. I will recommend all my friends and family to your Hotel. Thanks for the great experience. And I didn't get my gas siphoned out of my jeep like I did at my over night stay at the La Quinta in Redding California...lol.

not as expected experience
Pros:

no complimentary water for 1st check in; was told to get water from dispenser. only allow an hour late check out, and asked to pay for just an hour extra.

It was a decent stay. Just needs a few improvements for the handicap
Pros:

It was very clean and well kept. The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

The sandwich I bought was very dry. The breakfast wasn’t very good either. It was very hard to get food because the glasses and dishes were to high for me being in a mobility. Also the tub was hard to get into and the bench was kinda scary.

It was great, family friendly, and I would stay here again 10 times out of 10.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting how good it was. Usually buffet style breakfast isn't as good in the hotels I stay. Staff was awesome. The room was super nice and "home-y".

Cons:

I think the water pressure from our shower was lacking. It was pretty low and I didn't have that relaxing shower I normally do after a long drive. However, I didn't make it known because it wasn't a huge deal. I imagine all rooms aren't like this.

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to standard. There was no oatmeal, the eggs were microwaved, because of a machine being out. I believe there should always be a back up because one experience is all it takes for some to stay at a competing brand. Solution… They could have had oatmeal’s packs and a hot plate to cook eggs on until the machine was serviced.
