We’re visiting Capri Laguna every year since 1999
Pros:

Amazing location ! We’re loved our room and view from our balcony.Good service.Very good complimentary breakfast with best coffee in town!

Best boutique hotel in Laguna
Pros:

I have been to this hotel several times and each time it is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel has some of the best views of the ocean in Laguna. The service and hospitality go above and beyond. Nick, Bachir, Morgan, and Esme along with the rest of the staff are fantastic. We always love our stay here

Nice location, great staff
Pros:

We stayed at Capri Laguna for our family trip.
We really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was in great location, it was clean, service and staff is exceptional, nice pool and ocean views.
Many thanks to Nick, Esmeralda and Bashir for excellent customer service, they are making sure every guest feels taken care of at the best. Nick the general manager sent us a complimentary nice rose flowers, which added a special value to the views and stay.

I highly recommend choosing Capri Laguna as your next stay destination in Laguna Beach.

Wonderful weekend spent at Capri Laguna!
Pros:

Had the most wonderful time at Capri Laguna last weekend! Nikos, Bachir, and Esmeralda took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. The room was super clean with a beautiful view and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing, right on the beach with sunbeds and chairs available to enjoy the sun. Honestly, cannot think of a single thing that we didn't like, everything was perfect. We can't wait to be back and enjoy more of this beautiful place!

A full-on Pacific Ocean experience, right on the beach.
Pros:

My husband and I are currently enjoying our honeymoon, and I must express how deeply touched I am by his thoughtful choice. This charming, cottage-style boutique, perfectly situated right on the beach, truly embodies my idea of paradise. We are already looking forward to returning next summer. I am particularly fond of the entire area, and the local residents have shown us exceptional kindness.
Thank you very much, Nick, Bachir, and Morgan. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your place! And my husband, our son and I will be back next year :)))

Wonderful hotel!!
Pros:

Wonderful visit to Capri Laguna! Everyone (Nick, Bachir, Morgan) was extremely nice and helpful - remembered our names and was so hospitable. Location was great - walkable to restaurants and shops. View from top deck was so nice - listening to the waves crashing was relaxing. Atmosphere was excellent!
Definitely recommend!!

Love Laguna Beach and the shopping, location of Capri is walking distance to everything
Pros:

Truly amazing and helpful staff

Cons:

Our room was not comfortable at all — uncomfortable beds, moldy smelling sheets, very tight (no place for our suitcases). Not worth almost ~$700 per night, but maybe some other rooms or suits are better?

Thoughtful staff and great service!
Pros:

Had a great stay here for my birthday, the hotel is an amazing location, beautiful space, and the staff is very service oriented. I was celebrating and they brought wine and flowers to my room without me even saying anything - it was very thoughtful! We have been coming here a long time and will continue to do so. It's a special place!

A beautiful experience.
Pros:

My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary, from the very moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel so special as we were warmly welcomed by the concierge Esmerelda and the manager Nick. Every detail was cared for and the entire hotel staff needs to be complimented for their cleanliness and the overall presentation of the hotel not to mention the impeccable location right on the beach. I will definitely visit them again and I would highly recommend staying here.

I had paid for an ocean room view, and the amount I paid did not match the rooms furnishings the furniture was standard, The rollout bed for my friend was below standard., And the bathroom facilities were minimal. I would not use that hotel again.

We had a great time once we were settled after changing our room.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Our stay didn’t start well with the tv broken and the lamp turning on and off. They wanted to move us to a different room that wasn’t as good, so I had to put my foot down. After a long conversation the gal at the front desk finally moved us to a better room which she should’ve done at the beginning. We asked if there was a good sandwich spot near by to grab lunch to take to the beach and she didn’t really know of one which was strange for a hotel. We walked about a mile down only to discover that there was a wonderful one directly across the street. After settling finally we had a great time.

Cons:

Front desk should be more knowledgeable when it comes to restaurants and also how to fix a bad situation. It shouldn’t take such a long time and waste customers time while on vacation.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel and cannot recommend it enough.
What Made Our Stay Special
Exceptional Staff: Nick, Bachir, and Morgan provided excellent service and made us feel incredibly welcome.
Stunning Accommodations: Our beachfront room was absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean.
Amazing Dining: The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast every morning with great options.
Perfect Location: The property sits right on the sand and is very close to a lot of local activities and restaurants. Parking was easy, secure, and completely hassle-free throughout our trip.
We really enjoyed every minute of our time here and will definitely be back!
