Pros:

El mar frente al hotel, la rapids de su personal para ayudar. se me quedo algo en el hotel y me llamaron para decirmelo y lo hicieron llegar a mi casa . Muchas gracias

Wonderful staff, excellent location if u can put up with minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Excellent location but parking is difficult. Staff very accommodating. The ocean view is magical.

Cons:

The bedding could have been a bit cleaner and the next room's plumbing could be heard loudly. The A/C was a portable fairly loud unit.

Lovely
Pros:

Loved my experience with the hotel-the staff is nice, Morgan at front desk was extremely hospitable and very accommodating. I just don’t think pricing matches what we get but overall would still book it as it’s convenient and pretty for a great staycation.

Das perfekte, wunderschöne und großzügige Standhotel
Pros:

Direkt am Strand gelegen ein paradiesisch schönes Hotel mit vielen kleinen, für alle Gäste nutzbaren Plätzen mit Meeresblick, wunderschönen Pflanzen und großzügiger, gemütlicher Lobby, wo ein köstliches Frühstück serviert wird. Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich, vor allem Manager Nick hat uns beeindruckt mit seinem Wissen über die Gegend und der Kompetenz, mit der er auch Zusatzwünsche regelte. Direkter Zugang zum Strand mit eigenen Liegestühlen und Schirmen.

Lovely beach front resort with clear wear and tear.
Pros:

Beautiful views from the room and just steps to the beach! The overall property is quite small and has signs of wear

Cons:

The bed was extremely firm and pillows were very flat. The shower head had build and shower pressure was disappointing. The tv’s apps feature was not working the entire stay, there was a continuous error message that there was no internet connection. The ac unit was also the loudest ac unit I have ever heard, it drowned out the sound of the waves at night. There was also no screen on the windows so leaving them open was questionable due to bugs and birds that were always just yards away.

Great location, direct walk to the beach from the hotel, easy walk to downtown Laguna Beach, very nice staff

Cons:

Water pressure in the room was poor, WiFi was spotty which was compounded by inconsistent 5G, there was a faucet and shower at the hotel staircase leading to the beach but this wasn't working

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, beautiful deck for relaxing and watching the ocean waves, wonderful ocean breeze
Pros:

It is in a wonderful location right on the beach and near some wonderful coffee shops and a small bookstore. Friendly staff, clean room with adorable beach decor, air conditioning, multiple windows for fresh ocean air, free parking, lovely tables and chairs on the top deck as well as down near the beach. We loved sitting at the gazebo table to watch the sunset.

Cons:

The parking is tricky and the spots are tight.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The patios were amazing, the beach was quiet and pretty private. The pictures matched what I saw. There were other hotels nearby, but this was definitely the best one.

Room and hotel position good. Complentary breakfast OK but the hotel is a little expensive.
Pros:

Room excellent and hotel position within walking distance of downtown, about 20 minutes. On site parking included which is a must in this area. We didn't book breakfast but it was included in our free upgrade!

Cons:

The beach was not very wide but this was due to tide times I think. Overall cost on the expensive side.
