Stay was very nice in this hotel as staff is very helpful rooms are great and location is also good near to market and easily we can go to any where in city thanks to Amaan and Lashan

Good hotel to spend your vaccation

Stayed here while waiting to go offshore for work. Lovely clean hotel, food in the main restaurant was delicious and varied buffet. The staff were delightful and friendly. I honestly can’t fault the place for what it is.
The roof bar in the sister hotel which is adjoined was lovely in the evening Hope to stay again

Breakfast is excellent and nice staff and very clean and tidy.They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. This hotel is very comfortable. Easy to relax in. Its well kept and the staff is friendly.

Very nice hotel to stay for Indians.. their buffet breakfast have good number of options .. cleanly washrooms and not so big rooms but enough to stay for a couple or fam of 3..there are few Indian restaurants near by on walkable distance as well..

This property has a night club that blasts *very* loud music from 10pm until 4:00 or 4:30am. I know these hours because I couldn't sleep until 4:30am for the entire week that I was there. In addition to this, there are people running around yelling outside my door all night. In one case, somebody knocked on our door, laughed, and then ran away. The pool is underutilized, and good. The staff are excellent. The room itself is good. The property is not close to any bus stops or metro, and there is nothing in the area (though there are some grocery stores). The hotel is flanked by ominous spas. It is clear that this is a prostitution area (both in the spas, and quite likely in the hotel itself). I was staying with my son, and we did not sleep very well at all. To top it off, each morning at 8am sharp there was construction outside.

For the purpose of our visit this property was awesome. 10 - 15 min walk to the metro station (Sharaf dg or Ghubaiba) lots of food options within 5 mins walk. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature and amenities were as expected. The only thing lacking was the condition of the equipment in the gym could use an upgrade. The stay overall was amazing.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

stay was good as it was a business trip. The rooms were comfortable with excellent housekeeping. The front office staff provided great support. The only downside was the noise from the DJ music outside, which lasted until late hours and disturbed my sleep. Soundproofing in the rooms would be a helpful addition. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

overall good experience however would like to give some suggestions. Tub bath is not good for senior citizens especially those having knee problems. In breakfast upma, pohe was not upto mark. Pl consider these suggestions.

Hotel is very nice and beautiful inside. It has a lot of facilities such as restaurant, pool and gym. The rooms were spacious and even had complimentary water bottles and toiletries. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here next time.
Only downside is the bath tub has those half glass shower door so water does splash outside a little bit.

The room is small and cosy enough for just 2adults . We were informed that it's good for 3persons. The staff were not able to move hs to a new room as all rooms were of the same size. This was all the fault of the hotel representative who took the booking for 3persons with a capacity of just 2

Stay at the hotel was good. We have received warm welcome at the reception and was guided well during the city tour. Overall it was a good experience. However the bath room had stagnant water ( Room no 405) and that was quite frustrating once we start using. This has to be addressed.
