Pros:

Easy to park. Good location for us to meet up with family. Very comfortable and clean room. Good bathroom facilities. Fan in room which was very important as we stayed during a heatwave. Would recommend.

Cons:

We didn't use the bar or restaurant on this occasion but only because we had other plans.

A lovely, relaxing one night stay following a busy day at Wisley Gardens.
Pros:

All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely calm and welcoming vibe. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and tidy. We had chosen just the small double room for our one night stay and it suited us very well. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom although small had everything we required. Again, the cleaning was to a high standard! We had a lovely relaxing evening enjoying drinks in the courtyard before an enjoyable dinner. Breakfast in the restaurant was a fabulous start to the day. Our cooked breakfast order was taken by a very polite and welcoming member of staff, who explained we could help ourselves to the cereals, toast, pastries and beverages. Lots of choice and most enjoyable!

Cons:

I can't say that 'I didn't like' anything!

Great stay, suited what we needed and free parking is a bonus
Pros:

Stayed here on a few occasions now and the hotel is great. Really enjoy the relaxing bar area, the rooms are comfortable and clean

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. One morning it was hot buffet the next was order from the menu but the service was a little disorganised. Seemed like they were trialing different ways of doing breakfast to reduce waste etc which I completely understand

One night stay.
Pros:

Only a flying visit so can't really say much. Only encountered three staff (2 on reception and one at breakfast). All short and sweet encounters. Breakfast was £12.5 pp, buffet type and all cooked well. Loved the mini danish rolls. Largish but near-full car park yet the place seemed empty. Will definitely use again if visiting.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel. It's all the road works I keep encountering in the area. One closed road = miles of diversion. This is when satnavs and wives who can't read a map cause misery.

Fabulous
Pros:

Hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. After being alo allocated our room on the 2nd floor we realised even with a fan the room would be too warm. I asked Sonya, who was working on reception if it would be possible to have a room on the ground floor. Within 10 mins we had a new ground floor room, which was much cooler. Can't praise Sonya enough her attitude, politeness and efficiency is something to be admired.
Room 109 was large, ground floor and very clean.
We had an evening meal and thoughly enjoyed it. Waiter service was perfect.

Cons:

A guest who thought it ok to speak rudely to the young waiter and parents of 3 children who thought it acceptable for them to run riot during breakfast.
Perhaps as guests we should all remember to be curtious to others.

We wished we had booked for longer at this comfortable, excellent value hotel.
Pros:

Location fitted in well with our visits to friends. The staff could not have kinder and I enjoyed the seating area in and near the bar. Our room was very well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and good. However I thought Thatchers was excellent value for money. Please thank all the staff.

Cons:

I should have liked more fresh fruit for breakfast.
