Pros:

The only negative thing was that the AC froze up. Good thing it was cool the night it stopped working. Ronnie was sent out and was really nice. We came back later that afternoon and all was well.

The condition was ok, but needs maintenance conducted more often. Problem is no one wants to pay for it. So, people pay for rooms that are not as advertised. This has been going on for decades, but it seems worse than ever. I've traveled to many places and I think I'm well qualified to comment. First; the light fixture above the mirror in the br needs replacing. 1 light was out. I touched it and it popped! Luckily, I was fine, but the base was still in the fixture. Both bulbs in the ceiling fixture of the br were out. Ronnie added 1 bulb to ceiling fixture. The other didn't work. Ronnie fixed the TV in the lr. The outlet in the lr for the TV and box was loose and falling apart. That is a fire safety violation as well. The calking along the jacuzzi and wall needs repair. The trash bin under the k sink was falling apart. Milton replaced it. The wood device for pulling out the trash, was rickety at best. Needs proper supports. From the look of the wood under the k sink, there has been a water leak for a while. No excuse! We kept a pot under it. Still leaking! Under the bed and behind the nightstands were filthy with dust and spiders. Other items for the rooms were stuffed into the br closet. Not much room for other things. Rooms are not sound proofed at all, but was quiet enough. Overall, I'd give the rm a 3 out of 5. Could be better of course. It's always up to the owner. I always try to inform so that things can be better for others going forward. Thx for reading.

Pros:

We loved our stay at this condo! Though it was on the smaller side, it was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The unit is a bit older, but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Best of all, it's conveniently located near all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We'd definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful trip. The condo was lovely. Nice view. The walk into town is good, but needs there are many steps to get down there (don't go by way of the road, it's too steep).

Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all.

Very nice !! One drawback is limited storage space for bedroom/ bathroom for personal items. An inexpensive improvement would be to add a second luggage rack in the closet for when 2 adults are sharing the bedroom !! OTHERWISE REALLY NICE Condominium for a short stay !!
