Pros:

The facility was pretty clean over all. The noon check out was perfect. Due to attending a wedding the night before.

Cons:

I called a number of times and on different days and times to try to confirm how late I could check in. And no one answered the phone. The employees weren't rude. But they also weren't personable either. The bed was terrible. Was the equivalent to sleeping on the floor.

Pros:

I truly enjoy staying at a hotel that offers breakfast. The hours were good and the cook Ms. Stephanie loved talking with her. She remembered my family from last year. We plan to stay at the Fairfield in Wallingford Connecticut on every visit.

Cons:

The staff was very attentive to any needs my family or I had. It would be nice if you upgrade the toilets. The toilets are too low for tall adults/seniors please consider upgrading.

Pros:

The staff was excellent !
The building was older and needs updating, not in the cosmetic ways of paint and furniture. The air-conditioning/heater was loud, and the room was constantly moist. The lack of a fan in the bathroom, added to the humidity in the room. Our clothes had a damp feeling to them even after we had left.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but the building needs updating. Bathroom is poorly lit with no fan or clothing hooks, and the room felt continuously and uncomfortably damp. Breakfast unremarkable, and as usual, NO REGULAR TEA.
