La ubicación. Muy bien conectado en la zona de San Nicolás y los otros municipios de la zona metropolitana de Monterrey.

Cons:

Las instalaciones tienen una apariencia vieja en general. Se aprecia mucho en los elevadores y la iluminación, sobre todo de los pasillos de los pisos donde se ubican las habitaciones.

To carry the name Wynham on is, is not up to par on the real Wyndham I have stayed.
The price is too much, for a Hotel that when night falls, is not safe.
The Bath rooms are old, Motel 6 Type, bath tub, from the 70,s.
