todo excelente, excepto los elevadores

las habitaciones estan muy limpias, cómodas, no use la tv.
el personal es muy amable,
las instalaciones estan muy limpias
la comida me gustó, tienen mucha variedad en el bufet

los elevadores, se nota que no les dan mantenimiento, el elevador de la izquierda olia a gas lp
y el elevador de la derecha hacia un fuerte rechinido al abrir y cerrar la puerta.

The hotel is in need of renovation since the rooms only feature traditional electrical outlets rather than modern ones, plus the curtains in the room where I stayed were damaged.

The maintenence people should have the hotel running properly at all times..
Pros:

I enjoyed the hotel and room the first day. The hotel location is convenient for me since is close to my sister's house and to places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

The secon day of our stay the room had only cold water.. I didn't like that the maintenence guy said the room had hot water when it didn't. Then he moved us to another room that not just hadn't cold water, but AC and telephone weren't working either. It was until i called front desk to make the second report when we were moved to a much better room with hot water and an AC unit working properly.
