Ok stay for an overnight, but would not have wanted to use for an extended stay with kids.
Pros:

Coffee was good, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a very strong dog odor in the room. The only solution we were offered was a bottle of fabreeze.

It was clean and quite and the window opened I’ve never been in a hotel that had a window opened,

Cons:

Umm the email I received when I booked online said not to give anyone any additional money and then when I got there the lady charged me another 32$ and her explanation when I mentioned the email I received said not to spend any more money that everything was already paid for was that ow we charge this to everyone for a gold but you’ll get most of it back when you leave, well I left at 6 am and it’s now 9pm and I still hav t got any of that back.

Will not stay at a Spark Hilton again.
Pros:

Location was good, not far from TopGolf or other restaurants

Cons:

While the room was decent and clean, the hallway smelled of weed and the elevator did not seem safe to ride on (creaky, tape holding signs together, and jerky). The door latch to the room did not work unless significant force was applied to shut the door completely. We had to transfer rooms for this reason. Front desk attendant was apologetic at first then gave attitude after concerns were expressed. Felt more like a budget hotel than anything else. Would not recommend.

And both ladies who work the front desk were extremely kind and very helpful

Hotel Manager has no compassion
Pros:

Could not make the reservation due to a death in the family on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel. Hotel canceled my reservation (understandable), but the hotel got their money back being sold out every night. Now they won’t give my money back due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pros:

Remodel of the property very good! AC was extremely noisy and could hear anyone walking above us! Very good service! Breakfast was extremely misleading when we were looking to book! Showed hot breakfast! Obviously not the case!

Pros:

It was newly remodeled.
I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

Location was fair.

Cons:

Rooms had no hot water. Rooms was not clean. Neighbors had a party and there was a dog that barked the whole time. I expected cleaner rooms and more for breakfast than just Waffles for the prices I paid.
