Faciliteiten niets op aan te merken, marketing & sales praatje had veel beter gekund en gemoeten.
Pros:

Hele fijne ruime appartementen met heerlijke bedden en kussens, de badkamers ook prima in orde en elke dag wordt er goed schoongemaakt. Ook de prive zwembaden (niet helemaal prive maar per cluster van ca. 5 appartementen) waren prima in orde. Verder erg lekker gegeten bij La Finca en La Terrazza.

Cons:

De Sales & Marketing was echt een aanfluiting. Nog voor we ingecheckt hadden werden we op de mail al bestookt met 'wanneer we het welkomstpakket wilden hebben en of dit ook om 09.00 uur 's ochtends kon?' Ik maakte duidelijk dat we hier voor onze rust kwamen na een moeilijke periode en in de ochtend niet gestoord wilden worden. Daarna nog enkele malen attent gemaakt op dat welkomstpakket dus vooruit maar.

Tijdens het welkomstgesprek met invullen van een survey werden we attent gemaakt op de mogelijkheid om een presentatie van maximaal een uur bij te wonen waarbij we lid konden worden, in ruil voor het bijwonen zouden we een 250 euro credit krijgen op bestedingen in het resort. Afspraak gemaakt en op zich begon het goed maar na dik een uur leek de presentator nog lang niet klaar en wij wilden naar de kinderen dus gaven aan dat we het nog 5 minuten wilden aanhoren dus 'get to the point'. Vervolgens bleek dat je 31.000 euro zou moeten betalen voor een lidmaatschap waar je dan wel een flinke korting op kon krijgen zodat het nog 17.000 euro zou worden wat in termijnen betaald kon worden.

Ik zou hier nog best wel interesse in hebben of dit goed willen uitzoeken omdat we nog een paar mooie reizen op de planning hebben maar inmiddels was ons geduld gewoon op. Toen we vervolgens bedankten kregen we nog het verzoek of we even de presentatie wilden beoordelen in een nieuw gesprek. Ok, prima maar snel want de kinderen waren inmiddels bijna 2 uur alleen. Komt die griet vervolgens weer met een aanbieding of we naar een ander Marriot resort willen? Toen waren we er echt klaar mee.

We boekten dit resort voor onze rust en comfort, dit had echt anders gemoeten want die 250 euro credit is leuk, maar het was de ergernis niet waard. Begin gewoon met wat het kost en ga dan uitleggen waarom dit best interessant kan zijn in plaats van tot het einde te wachten.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, das Haupt haus toll renoviert mit schönen Möbel elsehr gut ausgestattet !
Pros:

Sehr schön neue Betten, sehr komfortable , neue Wohnzimmer Möbel ! Schöne Outdoor Tisch und Stuehle !

Cons:

Der frühe checkout , obwohl wir gefragt haben um einen späteren Check out12.00 Uhr klopfte das Reinigungspersonal um 10.00 Uhr a die Türe!

Great holiday, been before and will be back again.
Pros:

Repeat visitor, great facility, lovely quiet location but easy reach to Palma, airport etc. padel courts a good addition

Cons:

Not happy that we were charged for using the tennis courts, which used be only if more than one booking per day. Understandable if borrowing equipment but not if simply using the facility

Wunderschöne, sehr ruhige Anlage abseits vom Touristentrubel.
Pros:

Alles wunderbar, auch die Poolanlagen bei den Villen.

Cons:

Checkout bis 11:00 wäre gut.
