Pros:

Café da manhã excelente. Ótima localização, próximo ao shopping Mooca, Av. Paes de Barros e Brás. Diversas opções de bares e restaurantes no bairro. Fizemos upgrade na nossa suíte diretamente na recepção. Fomos muito bem atendidos em todas as solicitações. Passamos momentos incríveis e indicamos o Classe A, com certeza!

Decoração moderna, frigobar gelava rápido, café da manhã bom. Recepcionista do check in super simpática e nos indicou a reserva pelo Booking pra ganharmos o café da manhã de cortesia.

Cons:

Atendimento da recepcionista do checkout (antipática, grosseira e nos perguntou mais de uma vez sobre o consumo, que mesmo a gente afirmando que não havia consumido nada, somente depois foi informada sobre a não reposição).
Muita coisa na suite precisava de manutenção. A hidromassagem não estava muito limpa. Faltou tomada na cabeceira ao lado da cama. O wi-fi não estava funcionando.

2º vez que ficamos nesse motel ! Os atendentes super atenciosos, tivemos problemas com o carro e nós ajudaram muito ! Principalmente um senhor, não sei é zelador, mas ele foi excelente, educado e prestativo com nós ! SUPER INDICO!
