Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly describe rooms and hotel as very clean, modern and well maintained.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly praised as extremely friendly and helpful across many reviews.
Location
8
Good access to U-Bahn and close to the stadium, but several guests note it is slightly outside/industrial, can be noisy at street side and public transport late at night is less convenient.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms described as modern, nicely furnished and generally comfortable; a few comments about beds being too soft for some guests, limited storage and a small shower in some rooms.
Amenities
7.8
Breakfast buffet is a clear strength, but recurring negatives include limited/paid parking (often full), missing mini-fridge, small shower cubicles and occasional noisy AC.
Value for Money
8.6
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast/buffet is frequently highlighted as very good to excellent and varied; a minority found it adequate rather than exceptional.
Overall Experience
8.6
Most guests report a very positive stay and would return; minor issues (parking, occasional noise, small amenities gaps) temper the perfect score.
