Pros:

Struttura e camere accoglienti e adatte a disabili in sedia a rotelle. Abbiamo preso due doppie comunicanti. Soluzionei idonea per una famiglia di 4 persone. Con la sedia a rotelle si poteva girare tutte le stanze. Non abbiamo chiesto opzione con servizi adatti a disabili ma i bagni erano molto ampi. Posizione vicino a centro commerciali e catene di fast food e ristoranti. C'è un parcheggio all'interno con un solo posto riservato ai disabili e i restanti posti non sono sufficienti per tutti i clienti dell'hotel, ma in numero limitato. In generale abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio anche quando quello per disabili risultava occupato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Esperienza positiva.

Cons:

Parcheggio interno da migliorare perché non sempre si trova posto dato che non è possibile prenotarlo.

Viaggio di lavoro e hotel molto confortevole
Pros:

Ho viaggiato per lavoro. La struttura era vicina alla sede della riunione e connessa benissimo con la stazione FS di Torino Porta Nuova.
La stanza era arredata benissimo, confortevole, silenziosa e pulita. Il bagno era molto bello, curato e pulito.
La colazione offriva numerosi prodotti dolci, salati e frutta e sono stata soddisfatta.
Il personale è gentile e sorridente, molto professionale.

se andate a Torino evitate qiell'albergo come la peste
Cons:

nonostante avessimo pagato la stanza in anticipo tramite Buking non volevano farci entrare in camera in quando non avevamo una carta di credito con noi a garanzia del pagamento delle tassa di soggiorno (10 euro circa) ed eventuali consumazioni del minibar, nonostante ci fossimo offerti di pagare in contanti e magari lasciare una cauzione sempre in contanti per le quattro cose del minibar. Dopo aver fatto un viaggio di otto ore alle 22.45 una discussione infinita risolta con un bancomat dato in garanzia da una terza persona Cose da pazzi

Se tornassi in zona proverei un'altra soluzione
Pros:

struttura nuova e moderna all'interno del Lingotto edificio storico di Torino. Ambiente pulito e silenzioso.

Cons:

In camera il rumore della ventilazione (penso fosse il ricircolo dell'aria era particolarmente fastidioso. I cuscini entrambi gonfi e morbidi non permettevano un confort nel sonno.
