Pros:

Peaceful area, five- minute walk from the metro station. I particularly liked the eco features of the place, including organic toiletries in the room, unbleached toilet paper, organic food at breakfast. The bar area at night, inside and out, was welcoming. Loved the tables made of layered cardboard!

This is slowly becoming a second kind of home to me
Pros:

The staff. They are all so nice, and not fake at all. They are just "regular" people and that's where I feel most at home. When they're friendly, it feels genuine. Also, the Metro is right around the corner. Very easy to get around!
Also, the area is quite peaceful with neat parks and cafés scattered about, a bit of graffiti art here and there but also a monument. Also, during my stay in May I ate at the hotel's restaurant and it was the first time that I actually enjoyed risotto. A dish that I thought just wasn't for me. But they made it work sonehow.

Cons:

that I didn't discover the Karaoke bar around the corner right until leaving (during my stay in May)

Pros:

Hotel proche du métro. Petit déjeuner parfait. Literie confortable, petit frigo dans la chambre.

Cons:

Pas de parking, obligaton de payer le stationnement dans la rue.
