Cons:

They didn't give me the room I booked; they gave me a tiny room with no food warmer in the kitchen. When I asked for more, they said they had another, larger room, but I had to pay an extra $200 for it. The hotel is run by fraudulent, scamming Indians.

Very good, I recommend the place, the heating was excellent, we did not have cold and the beds were very comfortable, the best is that you use upper floor rooms, because the wood makes noises if you are in lower rooms.

I saved money at the expense of comfort.

I liked that they are pet friendly. The room was clean. And it was inexpensive.

Cons:

When you need to keep reminding yourself that you didn’t pay that much for this room, it’s a bad sign. Amenities were a basic minimum. Water. Tv. Power. The room was not what is pictured on booking.com. The lobby was a storage room. Trash cans were overflowing. The room was cramped with furniture, which was barely held together with amateur repair work. All patches and paint touch ups were evident and obvious. There was a standing AC unit in the room in mid winter. They could have removed the AC unit to free up space in the room until summer when it’s needed again.
Staff was friendly enough. The place is in need of a lot of TLC.

Pros:

The location was a perfect walk to downtown , There was a nice view of the lake from the room we stayed in. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice . The room was well decorated and homey feeling .

Cons:

The heating furnace kept waking us up every time it turned on . Honestly this is the only thing we disliked of our stay , other than that . This place is great and I would definitely come back .
