Absolutely perfect! Highly recommended
Pros:

Absolutely perfect! Great location, very close to the EU institutions and metro. Spotless clean and very comfortable. I stayed in the newly renovated apartment that was very spaceous, had everything you need, including very good bath products, slippers and bathrobe (something you dont usually get in hotels in Brussels). Highly recommended!

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but used to be slightly better

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen und insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut – wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden, man sollte allerdings bereit sein, etwas zu laufen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Dusche besonders groß und komfortabel. Das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber für zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Auch unsere Malteser-Hündin hat sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Frühstuck war lecker.

A localização era boa, estávamos numa zona pacata e pouco movimentada.

Cons:

O funcionário que nos realizou o check-in cobrou-nos a estadia por duas vezes, ou seja, eu reservei pela Booking e paguei o alojamento no ato da reserva. Quando nos apresentamos no Hotel, ao pagar a diferença de preços (desde a data da reserva até àquele momento) o funcionário cobrou novamente a estadia e o dinheiro foi-me retirado de imediato na conta.
Além disso, a cozinha não estava equipada com os utensílios e quando os pedimos estavam muito sujos.
O quarto cheirava a mofo.

L’hôtel ne reflète pas un 4 étoiles , hôtel à rénover.
Cons:

Personnel pas très accueillant , j’aimerais un geste commercial au moins au niveau du parking qui etait de 20 euros alors que sur le site il est moins chère .

Большой номер, состоит из гостиной и спальни. Несмотря на то, что сама гостиница довольно старая, видно много обновлений. Хороший вариант на пару ночей.
