dirty and noisy
Pros:

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

The room was dirty - torn curtains, stains on the sheets, dirty beach and bath towels. There are no hotel toiletries. The reception did not greet you when you entered the hotel. Extremely noisy - a huge machine was running on the roof of the hotel all night, making noise like five highways. The loudest noise possible. It is absurd to accommodate people in rooms next to facilities that make such noise. No value for money.

Cons:

Ein normales kleines Zimmer ist selbst für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein, geschweige denn mit einem Baby. Man kann sich kaum um das Bett herum bewegen. Es gibt zwar einen Kühlschrank, aber der kühlt überhaupt nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist natürlich täglich nötig, aber sie bläst einem direkt in den Kopf. Für Familien mit Kinderwagen ist der Zugang zum Hotel unmöglich. Man muss den Kinderwagen die Treppe rauf und runter tragen. Der Aufzug ist winzig und bietet nicht einmal Platz für zwei Personen. Der einzige Vorteil ist die Strandnähe.

Pros:

Das Personal war absolut Top, super freundlich, zuvorkommend. Es hätte Strandtücher gegeben. Es gibt eine Sonnencreme "Bar" Und das beste, unser Flug ging sehr spät in der Nacht, und es gibt erstens ein Gepäck Raum, und das beste, eine Brause welche man nach einen gemütlichen Badetag am Abend noch nutzen kann. Weltklasse.
Lage war ebenfalls super, ca 200m zur Tram Station und keine 5min zum Strand, wo ein kleiner Getränke Laden am Weg liegt.

Pros:

The hotel and the facilities were nice, the location is awesome and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was super small, we hardly managed to fit our suitcases inside and it wasn’t very comfortable to even move around the room.

It was good overall, but not value for money
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, good cleaning, good breakfast, very good location near the beach and walking distance to the old town, unless you are unlucky and be there with 35 degrees heat wave like us...

Cons:

Very small rooms, extremely strong and heavy room doors the kids were not able to open them or even hold them open

Improved upon my last stay, close to the beach and cozy
Pros:

Strong AC, helpful staff, large common area. It is a great place to stay, especially if you want to spend time on the beach. The hotel offers free umbrella and beach towel rentals and the walk is less than 5 minutes! The hotel is also close to the tram stop for easy travel in the city.

Cons:

The rooms have seen better days and the aircon leaks in the hallway.

Very satisfied
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was accommodating for our bags that needed to be stored before check-in and after checkout. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wished that the check-in was a bit earlier as we got to the hotel at 10:30 in the morning and had to wait until 3 for check in but I also realize that the rooms take time to be cleaned
