Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, personnel serviable, emplacement.

Cons:

L’accès au parking se fait via un ascenseur et n’accepte pas toutes les voitures (trop grande, trop lourde, électrique). Cela devrait être précisé dans la description car nous avions choisi l’hôtel notamment pour son parking. Nous avons été réorienté vers un parking public.
Le mobilier endommagé devrait être remplacé ou réparé car il ne donne pas une bonne image.
Ayant une chambre donnant sur l’intérieur nous n’avions aucun bruit de la rue, par contre on entend tous les bruits du couloir (portes, roulettes des valises, gens qui parlent )

Hay mejores hoteles en Granada por el mismo precio. Desde luego no es un hotel 4 estrellas.
Pros:

El tamaño de las habitaciones

Cons:

- Hotel ruidoso, paredes de papel (escuchas todo a tus vecinos). Así no se puede descansar.
- Clima de la habitación: imposible de usar.
- Cama: sin nórdico, ni nada para abrigarte. Una manta de pensión en el Armario.
- Facilities del baño: pañuelos, un bote de gel y un gorro. Nada de facilities de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Si quieres los pides pero no te indican que tienen.
- Cama doble: este hotel no entiende que si vienes solo, y coges una cama doble es para poder estirarte y descansar. Para dormir en dos pequeñas cojo habitación individual en otro hotel y me sale más barato. Por suerte hay hoteles que se dan cuenta a la primera

Bien. Vraiment déranges tard le soir voir dans la nuit pat une bande de jeunes

Bien situado, parking (consultar antes si tu coche cabe ya que se accede con un elevador)

Totalmente recomendable.
Pros:

Personal muy agradable y atento, lo que más destacaría. Buena ubicación y servicios. Calidad del desayuno muy buena, se agradece la variedad y la fruta. La habitación sencilla pero limpia y agradable, amplia.

Cons:

El aparcamiento es uno de los puntos negativos, estando limitado por la capacidad del ascensor. Por suerte hay justo enfrente.
Las habitaciones son relativamente tranquilas, ya que depende de los vecinos colindantes que toquen.

Muy buena estancia, buenas habitaciones y buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena, estábamos a 10 min aproximadamente de la catedral. El servicio y el personal fueron siempre muy agradables con nosotros.

Cons:

No me gustó el tema del parking, era un poco complicado entrar. Coches muy grandes tendrán complicaciones.

Instalaciones cómodas y bien situadas.
Gran atención por parte del personal.
Buffet de desayuno variado y a un buen precio.

Cons:

El secador de la habitación es muy antiguo y se recalienta por lo que se apaga continuamente

A estadia foi muito agradável.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto é adequado, com camas confortáveis e ótimo banho. Exatamente localização, com garagem , dependendo do peso do seu carro, pois é com elevador de carros, que não pudemos usar. Tem garagem paga em frente. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Não tinha jarra elétrica no quarto.
