Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage zur Einkaufsstraße, Parkhaus in der Nähe, Frühstücks Büfett zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ansonsten war das Hotel in Ordnung bis auf die Aussicht im Zimmer.

Cons:

Vom Zimmerfenster hat man direkt auf eine ca. 3 Meter entfernte Mauer über die gesamte Breite gesehen. Man kann den Himmel nicht sehen! Auf die fehlende Aussicht müsste spätestens bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden!

Pros:

Tive uma excelente experiência neste alojamento. Desde a chegada até à saída, tudo correu muito bem. O espaço estava limpo, cuidado e correspondia ao que estava apresentado, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável e tranquila. O facto do hotel ter estacionamento também foi muito bom.

A localização também foi uma mais-valia, permitindo conhecer a zona com facilidade. De um modo geral, fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia e voltaria a ficar aqui numa próxima visita. Recomendo!

Cons:

Alguns elementos do quarto apresentam algum desgaste e poderiam beneficiar de substituição, nomeadamente as colchas e os lençóis, que já mostram sinais de utilização, bem como os bancos, que apresentam algum desgaste.

On a eu très peur

Cons:

J’ai payé booking pour 2 nuitées mais malheureusement il y’avait le tremblement de terre avec des secousses à répétition . Donc on etait obligés de quitter Granada et réserver à crown resort club Marbella ( Cala Honda). On a demandé à la réception le remboursement de la 2eme nuitée mais ils ont répondu qu’il faut s’adresser à Booking . On a envoyé plusieurs mails mais aucune réponse.

Pros:

Locatie prima voor ons, heel centraal. Parkeergarage hotel was niet gesloten en parkeren lastig. Zeer vriendelijke receptionisten.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, 2 hele kleine flesjes water op de kamer is wat weinig, kraanwater rook sterk naar chloor.

Agosto en pareja
Pros:

El hotel cumplió con lo esperado. La piscina a pesar de no ser muy grande, nos sirvió para darnos un baño fresquito en pleno agosto; además, no estaba repleta de gente. Por otro lado, cuando tuvimos un problema con el secador de pelo, enseguida nos lo resolvieron. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro, del transporte público, bares, etc. Para finalizar, el último día teníamos el bus a la noche y para no andar con el equipaje todo el día, fueron tan amables de guardarlas hasta la noche.

Cons:

Lo único que podría comentar sería el tema de las toallas; ya que, nos hubiese gustado que nos cambiaran la del suelo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Personal amable y lugar tranquilo
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Personal amable, cerca de las zonas turisticas pero a la vez apartado del bullicio.
Es la segunda vez que estamos y la verdad que cuando volvamos repetimos otra vez seguro
