Perfect anniversary stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Incredibly friendly and helpful people. Junior suite was spacious and had everything you’d expect and more. Terrace is a dream with sunbeds and views onto the lake.

Magnifique séjour !
Pros:

Service parfait ! Le personnel a vraiment été fantastique. Excellent rapport qualité/ prix.

Cons:

Notre seule remarque concerne l’espace sauna/ hammam qui n’est pas très moderne.

J’ai vraiment apprécié et je recommande.
Pros:

Tout d’abord j’aimerais remercier le personnel de l’hôtel qui a été très aimable et a répondu à toutes nos exigences. Sinon un point fort de l’hôtel selon moi est bien entendu la vue panoramique qui est simplement incroyable. Sinon les suites sont aussi vraiment confortable et la piscine est agréable bien que légèrement froide à mon goût.

Cons:

J’avais pensé avant d’arriver que les spas sur terrasse était compris avec les options mais apparemment c’est à payer en supplément j’avoue que je venais aussi pour ça donc bon un peu dommage.

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Un séjour reposant, ressourçant, avec du personnel au petit soin tout au long du séjour. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes c’était juste magique ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel juste un délice, produits frais et très bons.

La chambre est magnifique la vue exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié le spa.
La piscine est un peu trop fraîche même si elle est chauffée et petit bémol pour le sauna et hammam que nous ne pouvons pas faire à deux. Femme et homme séparé.

Cons:

Détails futiles, mais nous sommes restés 2 jours dans la chambre et les sièges mis à disposition dans la chambre ne sont pas d'un grand confort.
