The resort was amazing. We loved everything about it. The room, bar area, restaurant, front desk were all awesome! They also upgraded our room upon arrival which was amazing!!

Excellent experience beyond expectations! We booked this hotel for celebrating birthday of my girlfriend. The hotel staff is very friendly. They upgraded the balcony room to a studio and prepared a delicious pear pie as a birthday surprise. With a handwritten birthday card, of course. The room is spacious and clean. No dust at all. The view of the slope of the mountain is stunning. We had dinner in the bar, and the prices were very affordable. The food was well-prepared and delicious. The breakfast on the terrace was also memorable. We had a great time.

Everything! We had been travelling around Switzerland and this stop was a treat for us. The hotel upgraded us to a junior suite and it was amazing. Views from the room incredible. Toiletries and facilities incredible. Bed was incredible! Loved it.

Te grounds and the view were fabulous! The room and the breakfast were also very good. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

L'emplacement, la vue exceptionnelle! Nous avions une suite vraiment très confortable avec une belle terrasse avec une vue sublime sur le Léman. Nous avons séjourné une nuit, avec notre fille de 17 mois. Un personnel aux petits soins et des jolies attentions pour nous et notre fille.
Chambre très propre, l'équipe à la réception et concierges très accueillants.
Petit point faible, la nourriture au restaurant Le Patio, et un service pas très rapide.
The view , the view and the view! It is simply the best in the area. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Spa is also first rate. Breakfast buffet had a good selection as well. Would definitely stay again
The building is looking a bit run down. Overall is not quite on par with other LHW properties

It’s old and needs upgrading and refreshing such as room, spa and restaurant areas.

On nous a refusé l’accès au restaurant invoquant qu’il était complet 20 couverts servis maxi soit moins de la moitié de la capacité d’accueil, du coup on nous a proposé de dîner au bar 😕, une salade cesar et un poke ball infâme !
