Friendly and helpful staff, good wifi, clean and quiet rooms, good location, recommended!
Pros:

Since I had to work remotely, the staff was very kind to help me to find a room with an internet connection good enough to carry on my calls flawless.
The location is very peaceful and quiet, not far from town.
The room is very clean and all the balconies face Nature, I recommend it.

Fine for an overnight stop, but in no way was it a pleasurable experience.
Cons:

No staff when I arrived and no response to my message asking for the wifi password. The AC hardly worked and no fan and so I had to sit outside for most of the evening to stay cool.

Imposible dormir con el ruido de la bomba de agua.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue el precio ya que vinimos durante el festival de linternas sin reservas y era imposible encontrar alojamiento y este está a 20min en tren de Chiang Mai y a 30’ en coche, el pueblo es super barato y la gente increíblemente amable, así que bien. Las instalaciones son viejas y les falta mantenimiento, no se corresponde con las fotos, la limpieza está bien, pero la cama y las almohadas eran un poco incómodas, lo peor el ruido de la bomba de agua que se escucha cada 30 segundos y bastante fuerte, lo había leído en los comentarios y no me importó pero te vuelve loco si te cuesta dormir con ruido es insoportable…

Cons:

El ruido de la bomba de agua, quizás sin eso habría puesto una valoración mejor, pero sinceramente no repetiría, sería mi última opción.

เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อน ที่พักเงียบสงบ เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบถ้วน อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยรวมโอเค เข้าพักมา2รอบแล้วและคิดว่าถ้าต้องไปลำพูนก็จะเข้าพักซ้ำอีก ☺☺

Pros:

The room was a good size. Kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery in the room all of which I put to use! Balcony with a nice view over some farmland. TV and a/c.

I stayed here a couple nights only because all rooms were booked up in Chiang Mai in build up to new year (I did move up there for the actual new year though which was amazing!). Still I'm glad I found Lamphun, it's a lovely little town.

Cons:

Most annoying thing was the water pump on my balcony. It makes a loud noise like every minute or more and really interrupts the potential peaceful ambience of the location. I resisted the temptation to unplug it because I think that would have affected everyone in the building!
The room and bathroom could do with a serious deep clean! The bed and sheets were clean though and that's the main part 😁
