Older property but accommodations had everything

It was nice and clean for the most part but everything including the bathroom needs to be updated badly. The breakfast in the morning could’ve been better also!

Cynthia, the lady that helped me check in, was THE nicest warmest front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! She made me feel welcome and kept things simple and gave clear instructions. She also quickly got someone to help me with my bags and he was extremely kind as well! Incredible people those two. :) My room was clean (0 bugs!!!) and spacious with full kitchen (which came with a dish soap and paper towels) and full fridge with freezer, an island, two tall chairs, couch, queen size bed, spacious and fancy bathroom which came with shampoo, bar soap, body lotion, two rolls of toilet paper, and a ton of towels and wash cloths. Everything sas functional as well. Overall it was a great stay. My only cons would be: the tile in room 300 was very uneven and shifted under my feet so when I stepped they cracked popped or went kerplunk and I tripped over it sometimes, bed was really high up I had to jump to get into it, bathroom sink was half clogged for some reason, shower was extremely difficult to turn on (I had to pull so hard I thought I'd break the faucet :/), toilet and shower faucet were so low to the ground that I had to lean way down and squat to reach/use them (I'm 5ft 3in), there was no tub just a walk-in shower and water went all over the floor, and the ladies at checkout didn't know very much english and I don't speak spanish. Every place is bound to have a handful of cons and I felt these were minor given everything else was so great! :)

It was a good value hotel near to downtown Tampa. Nothing spectacular, but clean and safe.

The employees were top-notch! Drivers Raymond and Jose were wonderful and so helpful. Myrta, at the clubhouse desk was super sweet! Thanks for a great stay!!

The plus is it’s close to the airport. The desk employees are very helpful. That said It could certainly use an update.

Soft spots in the floor, didnt have a garbage can

Was a great place to stay. Had the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Only downside was a lot of stairs. I had an older adult with me that struggled with the stairs. But the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook.

I loved our scenery however, the sheets were dirty.

The place was okay but had plenty of room for improvement. Location was good for quick access to airport.

Property is closing so no service anb no repair done .

We had a very nice stay at Chase Suites, everything you needed was in your suite, full kitchen, large bathroom , comfy bed, beautiful view from our balcony.

Me gusto la ubicación la tranquilidad la habitación esta muy amplia y limpia pero los electrodomésticos son un poco viejos,la habitación no tenia plancha y el desayuno no es muy bueno no tienen muchas opciones de comidas

We are very pleased with the stay. Very friendly stay. Hotel was great, food was good and plenty. Too sad this hotel will be demolished around May time frame!!! Overall we give it 5 stars.
