Excellent Hilton Head stay for the family. We will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and very comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was fantastic(much better than most hotels you visit) and definitely a big plus to the stay. The AC worked really well and kept our room super cold, which we liked. This is definitely a budget friendly hotel with great amenities for the price. The pool/pool area was very clean as well, our son loved it!!

Cons:

The offerings for the suite kitchen was not the best but worked out okay for us with us bringing in some extra items. The bottom floor of the building has a bit of a musty/wet smell. Some of the outside areas seemed a little unkempt(while others areas were perfect). The balcony could have been a bit more clean, there was some trash there from a previous guest(I assume).

Terrible, inaccurate location, far from the beach, unsafe, belongings stolen and staff unconcerned!

Nothing, terrible experience, unsafe. Items stolen, stay away!

Cons:

We had a completely miserable experience at this hotel. To start off the hotel's location in the listing is inaccurate and fraudulent. It is much further from the beach than stated- 2 and a half miles away, requiring you to drive to an extremely crowded parking lot or walk close to an hour in heat with beach gear. The hotel staff is incredibly rude and money grubbing. Check in process was extremely lengthy, disorganized and made us feel extremely unwelcome with our dog. The staff told us no housekeeping would be provided. One night one of the blankets got wet and we didnt want it to get musty in our room so we paid to dry it in the coin operated dryer. The blanket was stolen from the hotels laundry room. When we explained what happened they had the nerve to charge us for the blanket! They told us they did not care about the theft and they would not do any investigation. You will not be safe here! Stay away!

Very unpleasant stay and quite disappointing experience, one of the worst hotels I have stayed in
Pros:

The only good thing was the locations and the air conditioner

Cons:

There was no housekeeping service for 5 days given. No sheets were changed. Room was not cleaned everyday.
In my room, I encountered 5 cockroaches and one even flew over on me.
The noises from surrounding room was such a nuisance, dogs were barking throughout night. I could hear conversations from room next door.

Decent but not great for the price in my opinion
Pros:

Front desk help very friendly and allowed us to Che k in a bit early

Cons:

Pool was dirty and extremely crowded. Hallways in room corridors smelled terrible
