Awesome hotel such a good location. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and snug for Jan cold nights.

Will never go back. Probably won’t ever stay at any hotel again. This place gave me ptsd.
Pros:

It was the most awful experience of my life. Cockroach’s, bed bugs, mice, mold, mildew. I arrived feeling fine, left sicker than a dog. Good thing I have my tetnis shot. Terrible experience.

Cons:

Room temp wouldn’t stay consistent. Killed several cockroach’s. Saw several mice. Mild in the shower. Toilet had poop and pee all over it. Food gave me food poisoning.

Would not recommend for staying with pets or in building B
Pros:

Close to where we were going to be for the stay.

Cons:

Chicken bones thrown out behind building. Staff was rude and unapproachable and made NO effort to provide customer service with kindness. Building was loud. Lots of slamming doors, lots of barking (we had our own dogs but ours were not the issue). Teens and younger kids would run through causing other dogs to bark during the night setting off a chain of barking for a bit.

We highly recommend Palmera Inn & Suites! There is nothing we did not like!
Pros:

The suite was amazing! We were very impressed with the kitchen area of the suite. The two bathrooms and loft were wonderful! Everything was spotless!

There is nothing that we did not like.
