Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean spacious and quiet suites. Close to the beach but in a quiet setting away from crowds. It has been our go to place for weekend getaway for two summers. Brought the whole family last summer and it was perfect.

We have stayed at Palmera many times over the past 25 years. We like the location, breakfast and the hospitality.

Cons:

The person at the check in desk was less than friendly. I will think she was having bad day. Good

Nice and clean, but short of expectations.
Pros:

Room exceptionally clean upon arrival. Beds & pillows clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast menu varied (except for lack of fresh fruit). Parking nearby & plentiful. All public doors kept locked and secured 24/7. Pool and whirlpool clean & maintained.

Cons:

Front desk staff slow to understand and booking 3 rooms at once beyond their comprehension. Ended up leaving early from one room due to confusion. No housekeeping during week. Through the wall air conditioning noisy and 3 feet away from one bed making sleeping there barely possible. No Keurig coffee maker despite call to desk prior to trip. Room decorations resemble faux rustic with barn door for bathroom, big shelf hung with plumbing pipes.

Everything!

Cons:

Parking. We returned later one night from graduation party and there were no spots left for our building. Had to drive around front to other building and park car there.... Completely out of sight and hearing distance.
