the pool was cool
The customer service was terrible, it was only one person that i met that worked there that had any type of customer service. front desk lady was super rude! even when you call. i wouldn’t book again!
It was quiet and staff left you alone
I am not used to having to go two miles to a public beach
The breakfast every morning was surprisingly very tasty
Doesn’t give you an option to book pool view vs forest view which I would have preferred. The beds were stiff as rocks. The blackout curtains didn’t keep out all of the light, especially since we were facing the pool and they kept the pool lights on throughout the entire night.
Room was spacious. Grill was a great option
Not enough dishes. Having to ask desk for towels. Pancake maker line was too long and it took forever to make 2 thin pancakes.
For it to be pet friendly it was exceptionally clean, when we came in the cleaning crew was cleaning the room beside us and I seen they moved the refrigerator and all to clean properly. That was a huge plus for me. My 3 children, my 2 pups and I were very happy.
The day before we were to check out i went to the front desk to ask about staying another night. The woman upfront seemed irritable and asked if I could just do it online on booking.com. I asked if we could keep the same room had I done it that way and she just seemed irritated I was asking anything at all. The rest of the staff was helpful and seemed content and very welcoming. I interacted with 3 others while there. All great.
Great location, well appointed suite, great value for money
We didn’t realise it was on two levels. No bedside table or light on one side of the bed.

Sofa bed needs to be updated had a few bugs.

It was quiet and peaceful. Super clean and adequate room.
The staff is delightful. We also loved the location of the rooms if you’re traveling with a dog. The hey open up to a green space so walking your pet is very convenient. Also their breakfast is delicious.
