Pros:

Location was walking distance from a metro station ( 10 minutes walk away walk). Convenience stores were close by. Place was clean. Great value for money.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny sized and bathrooms were also small. The washrooms didn’t have Japanese toilets.

Bien ubicado y bonito
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, estabamos como a 10 min caminando de la estación del metro que llega al parque Universal, encontramos una cafeteria muy local con comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Lo único que pasamos un poco de frio en la noche porque la calefacción no enfriaba mucho.

駅近。
清潔なお部屋。
駅の反対側に少し行けば、「スタミナ定食」がいただける食堂があります。

Cons:

備え付けの小型冷蔵庫のファンの音が気になりました。ちなみに、電源OFFの切り替えはありませんでした。
窓の外は、隣のビルの外壁でした。窓からの採光や景色は望むべくもないでしょう。にしても、お手軽なお値段は勝ります。

また泊まりたいです！
Pros:

荷物を先に預けたあとチェックインに来たら部屋まで運ばれていて感動しました！部屋も２人で泊まるには十分な広さでしたしとっても綺麗！歩いて新世界まで行けるし最高なロケーションでした！またぜひ利用したいです！
