Sotto le aspettative
Pros:

Staff gentile, possibilità di deposito bagagli e dispenser gratis di acqua

Cons:

Capisco la decisione di pulire le camere ogni 3 giorni, ma per gli altri giorni se "rifare i letti" significa tirare su malamente il piumone tutto storto tanto vale lasciare solo gli asciugamani puliti fuori dalla porta e non entrare proprio in stanza.
In stanza era presente solo una presa di corrente per il phone, in mezzo ai letti, non in bagno e lontano da tutti gli specchi, non comodissimo.
Ci è poi capitata la stanza accanto all'ascensore, inutile dire che si sentiva il rumore ad ogni utilizzo.
È capitato un paio di mattine di sentire un cattivo odore in bagno, probabilmente dalle tubature

Pros:

附近就有兩個地鐵站，還有新今宮南海電鐵，出行很便利。
還有24h玉出超市，半夜肚子餓也不怕。
房內空間很大，很久沒遇到行李可以全開的空間了。

Cons:

可惜沒有免治馬桶，還有除濕機。
書桌光線很不足。
冰箱很小，冷度不夠，只能冷藏不能冷凍食品

Great stay, great location.
Pros:

The staff is polite. It was a fairly big room. I thought that having 2 twin beds would be too small, since we're used to a King size bed at home and my husband is 6'1" tall, but they were great! It had a tiny closet just as you enter, but that's all that was needed. The bathroom was fine, it had a tub. Amenities were full-sized. Location was great, near a lot of attractions. We walked everywhere, sometimes an hour away, but it's very doable. We are in our 60s. The lobby has 3 bathrooms, a seating area with a hot and cold water station, cold tea, and a little, warm truffle-sized chocolate puff cake for all to enjoy.

Cons:

The beds are very firm, but we were able to sleep fine. The bathroom is a step up/down, so you have to remember that if you wake up in the middle of the night to go. There was no room to open our suitcases. We had to open them one at a time on the floor, block the front door, then keep moving it out of the way to get out or use the bathroom.

Pros:

Good budget stay at a decent location. 7/11 across the street along with 3 shrines within a km radius. For the price, you'll be hard pressed to find anything better.

A pleasant stay in Osaka
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly!! Had some questions about the washing machine and they were willing to give us money for the wash till we explained we just needed to be shown how to use it. Rooms were a decent size, beds were hard but perfectly fine for a few nights. Location was great for getting around Osaka and was in a quieter neighbourhood so out of the hustle and bustle. Free toiletries in reception were nice

Great location and staff and facilities!
Pros:

The staff ( particularly the lady with the glasses at the front desk) were all extremely friendly and professional and gave great recommendations for food to eat. Location was great as well! Room was spacious and clean. Great shower and loved the little snacks.

Cons:

Beds were too firm for our liking.

立地が良い。付近にコンビニ、飲食店、駐車場もたくさんあり一晩置いても1000円。なんばまで最寄りの今宮戎駅から一駅、賑やかな通りを歩いても25分で着く距離。
