Meh, better than sleeping in a car.

Cons:

The front desk wouldn’t give me the keys to our prepaid room. Said my card was declined. I informed him that I wouldn’t have a reservation if my card was declined. He made me pay again at a higher fee. He ran a scam to collect funds twice. Booking did nothing to help me when I reported it. I never do business with either one of them again.

A good value overnight stop when travelling on Route 20.
Pros:

Although there was nothing fancy about our accommodation, we had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and the room was immaculately clean.
Breakfast was fine, with a range of options.

Cons:

The carpet on the stairs was tattered.
There weren’t really quite enough tables in the breakfast room for the number of guests.

The staff

Cons:

The mold smell as soon as you walk in and see it around fixtures, the trash left in our room under the dresser, and the urine smell in the hallways. Also our bathroom door you had to lift it or it bounced off the bathroom floor and I'm sure the people below could hear it, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Not satisfied at all!

Pros:

Room wasn’t overly clean. Noticed dead bugs in the lights. Floor lamp and mini refrigerator didn’t work. Shower drain was slow to drain. Room smelled very musty and was very humid even with the provided dehumidifier running.

Pros:

The front desk staff were great, super friendly. The sheets, towels and bathroom shower were clean. The rest of the room needs some work. Missing outlet covers, nails sticking out of the bottom of the door, the vanity light over the sink needs changing, only worked half of the time.
