Just a great place to go and enjoy a great place to stay!
Pros:

Our view was of the jetties where the boats would go in and out. We had the best view of the sun rise from our room in the mornings. The balcony was perfect place to sit and watch the view. Room was clean and staff was helpful when needing something extra.

Nice soon
Pros:

Pool area was large, pool was heated. Beds were comfortable and shower head and water pressure was nice.

Cons:

Community tiny microwave besidethe ice machine, pillows were terrible, indoor pool was under construction, two of the restaurants were under construction, pool side bar was closed

Good experience despite the renovations
Pros:

I love the atmosphere and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I did like the addition of the small game room.

Cons:

We were down for springbreak which was initially cold. We were not warned that the hot tubs nor indoor pool was closed. We were given warning about the pizza and ice cream shop being renovated. The bar near the outdoor pool closed while we were there. We usually stay around the resort but this time, we actually had to leave to find things to do because of renovations. If u sat in the game room, u about needed earplugs. Our sink was stopped up on arrival, but maintenance fixed it promptly.

Amazing Service
Pros:

Birthday weekend started with dinner at Latitude 30. 10/10 service was AMAZING. Our waitress Tephane recommended very awesome choices. Could not go wrong!! Will return again!!

You definitely deserve a raise and should be shown more appreciation for all you’ve done to ensure we had a room and received excellent service. The hotel was clean and beautiful not a room were you don’t have a good view!!

Great place !
Pros:

Great location,very nice inside and out . Very nice pool area and walk way to the beach .

Cons:

There’s really nothing to say here , if there was anything I would have to say the bed was a little to hard for my liking but that’s only a personal preference thing and it’s the same with most places I stay.

Awesomeness!
Pros:

The resort was beautiful. The beach view was amazing. We ate breakfast each day during our stay at the resort and it was good. The staff were kind and accommodating to my son and I. There are lots of things to do at the resort. There are family friendly activities and restaurants close by. We enjoyed eating at Cobalt. The scenery and view of the water was amazing. The live band was a nice perk! We are looking forward to visiting again.

Cons:

No microwaves in the room but it was one at the end of the hallway. Other than that, everything was great.
