This was our fourth stay at the Hotel Villagio at Estate Yountville, and sadly, we were disappointed. On previous stays, we enjoyed the spa facilities, which are a centerpiece of this property, but it was closed for remodeling. I only learned of the spa closure after booking and after the cancellation period had transpired. This is especially frustrating because I had called several times after booking to confirm the room configuration and to schedule our couples massage. after several attempts to get through by phone, and requesting callbacks with no success, I finally got through to the concierge, who informed me that the spa was closed for remodeling. I was advised to book with a neighboring spa, which I did. This was not an ideal arrangement since I picture my wife and I using the facilities including massage treatments, sauna, and steam, throughout our stay as part of a relaxing three-day weekend anniversary retreat. Learning that our spa appointment was going to be off-property was greatly disappointment, especially because, in retrospect, the website and the telephone system could have been set up to proactively notify guests of the spa closure prior to booking these very expensive stays. We chose this property because we like the location in Yountville and because of the spa facilities. We are accustomed to splurging for a special hotel experience in Napa, having stayed here previously, as well as the Four Seasons Napa, but this visit did not meet our expectations. Even the room experience was not what it used to be, as our fireplace was disabled, for safety reasons. I would hope that efforts are underway to reconfigure the fireplaces with an alternative to wood-burning, as its an important amenity that we enjoyed on previous stays. The people on staff are attentive and friendly, but I wonder why it's so difficult to get through to a human by phone when not on the property. The difficulty getting a call through or a call back after booking my room was a red flag in hindsight that made me wonder what's going on. From a customer service standpoint, better and more proactive communication and disclosure about facilities or amenities being unavailable, both on the website and within the phone system, would give a better, more professional and honest customer service and a better impression. I would also caution other visitors, that there is less to do in Yountville today than in prior years, when there were more shopping and dining options, all walkable within the lovely town. I understand that after the pandemic, local retail fell into decline, and so the nice stores with quality home goods, clothing and gourmet shops disappeared. Only a chocolate shop and a tasting experience exist in the indoor mall previously named V Marketplace. Fortunately, most of the Yountville restaurants and bakeries are there, but other than dining and tasting rooms, there's less to explore walking the town.
This is an amazing property with outstanding service. The location is ideal for touring the wine country. The hotel was quiet with well-appointed rooms. There was a complimentary breakfast with live music nearly every night. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Napa area.
This was our first stay at Hotel Village at the Estate Yountville, CA. The staff and amenities were exceptional. The live music at breakfast was delightful.
We were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law. You helped us create life long memories. Thank you:)
Lovely experience we had at this property. Only regret remains is we stayed only for one night. Should be at least two nights.
The property is very beautiful. We had stayed elsewhere in Yountville previously, but we had seen the Estate at Yountville then. Our stay did not disappoint! The staff was lovely, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The added touch of the complimentary cookies, candy and water was nice. So many other hotels nickel and dime you to death for the little things. It was my birthday, and the had a half bottle of champagne, and note, and a lovely dessert in the room upon our arrival. It was a nice touch.
I stayed at Hotel Villagio during a January business trip and had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained—perfect for both work and unwinding after meetings. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and stay productive.
The staff was friendly and professional, and the location in the heart of Yountville is extremely convenient, with great dining options onsite and within walking distance. Hotel Villagio is an ideal choice for business travel with a touch of Napa Valley luxury.
Perfect facilities and the service was phenomenal

Staff and facility was excellent
The location and the nature
Service was terrible. The only friendly and good member of staff was the gentleman making omelettes in the morning.
The pool is more like a hot tub than a pool. The rooms are too old and need a revamp.
Room was delightful - plenty of space, everything we needed and more, bed very comfortable - lights pretty easy :) - loved the heated pool - great breakfast
that at this level of facility you charge for a cappuccino at breakfast - was surprised. When checking out there was a charge for the bar of around $100 that was not ours, but the checkout lady said "she needed to investigate" before closing out my bill. Almost like saying "we don't believe you" and I don't like leaving a hotel without finalizing the bill.
Otherwise, it was an amazing four days - thank you.
Celebrated my 40th here with friends who have never been and wow!! This property does not disappoint. From check-in to check-out the staff was amazing, the included amenities just elevate the entire stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The use of the house car to get around is so helpful. The property itself is a 10! Don't hesitate on the price when booking...it's 100% worth every penny. We cannot wait to go back again soon!
Location was the only good thing
Room infested with ants, team Idea to fix it was to send cake!!! Wouldn’t that just attract more ants! Seriously terrible customer service
Everything whole property was amazing
There was nothing that wasn't good about this place, 10/10 recommend
