Poorly managed. Will not be back
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Not the typical Microtel experience. We had to change rooms because the first one had a moldy mattress protector and fitted sheet was dirty. The door also didn’t stay closed unless it was locked from the inside. The second room was better- had a slight mold smell, pillows were very flat, window was so dirty. The breakfast was unimpressive pancake machine, cereal or bagel. Coffee or milk. Juice machine was off or broken. One vending machine was out of order. The other only had 2 things in it.

Everything was smoothly & very satisfied. This was my 2nd time on property.
Pros:

Everything was excellent; bed was comfortable, the room was clean & spotless. Ease of check in went smoothly.

Pros:

price was great, location was perfect, easy access to interstate which made it easy too get around.

Cons:

My room was not clean, I had no sheets on the sofa bed ( luckily I travel with pillow and throw blankets ) , the T.V did not work so I watched a movie on my phone, because when I went to the check in counter nobody was there, even when i was checking out still no Agent there nor was there a suggestion box available. (Not returning again )

The room quality was not worth the money that was paid
Cons:

The guest outside in the parking lot drinking and talking loud several cars of men also the room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. Also, the night clerk (gentleman )was not concerning when we had an issue with the room. The coffee at breakfast was very weak and so was the orange juice and apple juice.

Staff was very responsive to our needs.

Cons:

Cleanliness and maintenance were not up to expectations for a Wyndham property. There was litter all over the carpets, The television was not connected to cable, and the toilet seat had not been installed yet. Maintenance responded and corrected the situation.

I expected more with it being a Wyndham hotel.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean. Parking was convenient to the front door, and getting luggage inside was easy. The mattress was comfortable, and it was quiet.

Cons:

When you sat on the bed, the bed frame sounded like someone was coming in through the door. The floor sank like there was a hole in it next to the end of the bed by the a/c. I was a single lady staying on the 4th floor. I came up the elevator with a luggage cart and tried to get to my room, but all of a sudden, a man was walking down the hall towards me. It was a "little" unnerving! It would have been nice to be told that other people were on that floor. I thought the clerk was putting me on that floor away from everyone. Seemed that only construction workers were staying in the hotel, and I did not feel safe. Nightstands had holes in them, and an electrical cord was under the bed for the lamps to have electricity. Plug for TV was practically hanging out of the wall...I'm surprised there hasn't been a fire.
