A very busy Welcome Break site, A lot of cars and people coming to relax get food use the toilets and fill up with fuel.The Days Inn was also very relaxing.

Be aware that there is a £5 charge for parking at this motel, which is not unique but not welcome. Note: I paid the £5 on arrival and have just received a £60 parking fine for parking there on that date. Unimpressed by that.
The “breakfast included” part where I paid £16 for two breakfast just to receive in the morning two boxes that contained a cornflake, a small milk & water, a chocolate au pain, and a flapjack bar … that I wouldn’t call breakfast and definitely wouldn’t charge £8 per person for it!
Also room very hot, I know they can’t really do against the heatwave but come on, it’s the 21st century … if you are charging £60 for a night per room could you at least make sure that your rooms are at least on a decent temperature and not an oven ... yes, they did left a mini fan on the table but that’s nothing …
Overall below average and that breakfast thing … come on!
