Days Inn by Wyndham Telford Ironbridge M54

My first time at a Days Inn - but Pam on reception was great. A good room and comfortable bed - had a good night's sleep.

I have travelled many places, stayed in many hotels along the way, but never have I experienced such marvellous customer service, courtesy and consideration as I did at Days Inn, Telford.

I would particularly mention the lovely Pam who found a solution to a delicate problem and who certainly saved the day. Thank you Pam.

And I must congratulate the manager and team the following day, who helped me with a scheduling nightmare!

All the above, coupled with spotless and warm accommodation, deserves more than 5 stars.

I look forward to future trips, I hope those reading do too, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel on the M74 helped me break down my journey on the way to Aberdeen, lovely warm welcome and breakfast the following morning was hot and tasty.

Booked at last minute after a mistake (our fault) with our weekend booking with a nearby competitor left us needing accommodation for Friday 6th Feb
Days Inn really saved the day! Room was spacious, spotless, with a beautifully comfortable bed & powerful hot shower. Free internet very good too. Convenient Burger King, Coffee shop (Costa?) & Waitrose groceries just next door & open late (10pm) Exceeded my expectations, will definitely recommend & will probably be my 1st choice next time I visit Telford

The staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is great for me. It's on a motorway service are in the service area there is a burger king and a mini Waitrose

This hotel is clean and comfortable, you are welcomed by a very friendly Karen. Hotel is on service station and not a lot of food options

Stayed here on a business trip. The place was very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was pleasant.

Once I opened the room I could smell dampness, not a refreshed room at all, you could easily tell there was no effort put in

Great value hotel compared to others of this type. We generally use Premier inn and with considerable hesitation Travel Lodge when former not available, although not on par with premier Days inn comes very very close on cleanliness, comfort and service. The staff were friendly and ever helpful, each one always smiling and acknowledging. Burger King and Starbucks next door was convenient for a couple of hungry arrivals and thirsty morning departurees. Would definitely use Days inn again in the future. Highly recommended.

Travelling to the UK from France for a few days, we chose based on a convenient location for our plans and didn't expect much in terms of the motel. It has been a lovely stay though, really made personal by the friendliness of all the staff who made us, and our dog, feel really at home. The site is calm despite being right by the motorway, fine for dog walking, and with the convenience of a little service area next door with a small supermarket. Our ground floor family room was big, comfortable and functional with good quality bedding and towels, bathroom products and tea/coffee top ups as required. But it really was the staff who went the extra mile to make it not just an impersonal stay but à friendly, comfortable, happy experience. Thank you all!

I stay at Days Inn, Telford whenever I visit (usually annually). The location is convenient with excellent parking. The reception are professional and friendly. Accommodation is basic, but adequate for a short stay. Shifnal village has plenty of places to eat and Starbucks is on site for breakfast. There is also a microwave to heat up anything bought at Waitrose.

The staff were amazing, happy to help and provide extra towels etc.

Convenient burger king next door for the kids and Starbucks for us adults.

Easy access off the motorway which was great.

The room was basic as expected but a good size, clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy.

Brilliant staff. Really friendly and helpful. You have to pay for parking but it’s only £5 for 24 hours, when I stay at other hotels can cost up to £30 for 24hour parking so it’s really cheap overnight parking

Terrible

We were welcomed by the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.
What i was not impressed with was the parking charge. I was not aware that parking woyld be charged!
