Good clean functional room at reasonable price,
Pros:

Functional clean room on ground floor so no climbing stairs. Parking immediately outside. Booking was easy.

Cons:

£5 charge for parking has been introduced which has to be taken int account when evaluating cost.

Staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful. Very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, towels laid out neatly on the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed help. And there was available to drink in my room.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Mattress almost none existent with a poor nights sleep.
Pros:

Close to services and town centre and work place.

Cons:

This was a double room. Apparently disability room. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Very poor quality sleep. I was informed that as it was a disabled room the mattresses had to be hard. I am not disabled and do not need a hard bed. No spare rooms apparently. However on second night the room above was newly occupied and noisy residents until early hours. Not the best stay I’ve had. Staff friendly.
