What we got was great value for the price.

In general the bay horse is ok for a short stay, earplugs provided are definitely needed

Pros:

Location is excellent as right in the Town centre. room is clean. Mixer in the shower was good unlike some of the other rooms.

Cons:

The bed was terrible, it was a "zip n link" bed, which was not zipped correctly, the mattresses kept separating and leaving a gap which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on

We know it’s above the pub so obviously going to be noisy, however the overnight comings and goings were beyond the pubs
