La ubicación y la atención de su personal

Cons:

Todo excelente, solo mi habitación olía a encerrado. Yo creo tenía mucho tiempo que no la abrían o ventilaban.

Not very helpful and take forever for check in
Pros:

Check in was at 3pm and they kept telling me room was not ready every 10 mins I finally got a room after 30min!

Pudimos haber tenido una Suite Con vista al Parque de la Alameda

Que pagamos por una suite con vista a la Alameda
porque asi lo muestra la fotografia en Booking
pero nos dieron una Suite con vista a otras ventanas.
en las habitaciones de al lado tanto izquierda como derecha teniamos a muchos estudiantes haciendo mucho ruido

Good location, excellent service and very helpful staff.
Pros:

I got there early in the morning and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She assisted me with the best rate possible and early check-in which I really appreciated. All the personnel was efficient and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is definitely my place to stay in Mexico city.

Cons:

Very noisy area. Noisy people in hotel. I was in very old room. During breakfast many things were gone already around 7:30am.
