I did not enjoy my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites. The room was very small and felt cramped. There were multiple issue

Cons:

I did not like the size of the room. There was a hole in the ceiling in room 321. So, I requested to be moved to another room, and was moved to room 324. This room was a little bigger but horrible view. There were Cobwebs in the window. The cracked bathroom floor, came close to slicing my foot several times . The room was decent other than those issues. Although, I wouldn’t have paid $341.00 plus tax for two nights. Maybe $116.00 a night. The room was over priced for the location, poor view, small rooms, and outdated appliances and technology.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was very hot and very fulfilling.

Cons:

The elevator sounded like it could use some maintenance. It was very loud, seemed to be straining.

Walls were a bit thin. I could easily hear everything happening in the hallway. This made watching TV in the sitting area difficult, because I was worried about disturbing other guest with the noise from the TV.

I liked the staff and location. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean.

My room keys stop working twice when I was trying to enter my room. The elevator needs work because it shakes really bad before it stops on a floor.

Comfortable Stay but a little Pricey.
Pros:

Easy to get to right off the interstate. Room was in good condition although the window shades would not open during the day to allow sunshine in and the ability to look out the window. Breakfast was satisfactory especially since the OJ was not watered down. Nice television and easy to operate.
