We were on a week search of a good hotel and the first 4 were horrible. Nothing as advertised. So we were skeptical coming to your establishment. From the moment I walked in we were treated with exceptional care. I hope I'm remembering the name correctly but I think it was Diana or Diane but she was the best from the moment we walked in! She filled the coffee pot after I'd made a million trips due to my insomnia and the person that replaced her was also nice but she was a god send and let me know already that this would be a great stay. All amenities were great and the breakfast was the best we had all week!! Even when we came down 30 mins early and didn't pay attention to what time it was and started eating breakfast before it was open. No one said anything (even tho we felt horrible after we realized it)... We will be visiting this place again... Afraid to go to another one because this one was so perfect! I will def tag you in my mini series of looking for the best affordable hotel!!! Thank you again!!!
I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. The 2nd attendant wasn't as friendly as Diane/Diana but he was still nice and a accommodating.
The staff was very nice. The location was good.
The beds were very uncomfortable. They sloped to the middle.

On Saturday, the front desk attendant accused my wife and her sister of smoking pot in the room. My wife never smoked pot in her life. This was based on smelling lysol spray. She commenced to screaming and hollering at them in the lobby. Called the police on them, and they concluded they did nothing wrong. Bad stay for going for a funeral.
The location was nice. The price was good enough to stay in for 1 night after the concert.
Beds are not comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Excellent shower with handrails.
The sink area is very small and had little space to store toiletries, etc. for two people. It took forever to get hot water in the sink, but the shower was fine.
Usually stay here. Convenient and value for your dollar.
