オーナー夫妻の人柄がとても良かった。荷物の持ち運びが少なくプールで遊んでバーベキューもできたのが良かった。こどもたちが英語に触れたい思いもあったので、こどもたちにしゃべりかけてくれたのも良かった。困ることは特になく、歩いてスーパーに行って食材を買い、調理して食べて洗濯も乾燥機つきですぐ乾くので、暮らしているように旅行を楽しめました。ありがとうございます😊

The two nights in Cairns were a great introduction to North Queensland.
Pros:

Friendly staff,who adjusted our arrangements due to our late arrival.
Lovely rooms with a view over the swimming pool, swum in by my friend early in the morning.
Location excellent. Walking distance to shopping centre and the Esplanades

Cons:

Surprised that there was no lift. We were on the third floor and managed ok

Friendly staff, great cooling facilities and excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Excellent air conditioning (3 split systems one in each bedroom and one in living area). Great pool and BBQ area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only short walk to Cairns Central, car hire places and short drive to waterftront.

Cons:

Previous customers had damaged room which wasn't fault of management. Pillows were a little too soft. Crockery was a bit of mix and match.

Comfortable, convenient and met with our expectations
Pros:

We were allowed access to the apartment considering our flight arrived early morning. We sincerely appreciated the flexibility and also being able to leave our luggage when checking out was very convenient. William and Lyn were very friendly and offered a lot of information regarding local attractions and places to visit during our stay. We would definitely recommend City Terraces Cairns to family, friends and will be happy to stay again in the future.

Lovely homely place to stay with good sized pool and helpful people who run the place
Pros:

Lovely feeling to the place. Comfortable apartment overlooking the pool. Balcony was great and everything we needed was in the apartment. We liked that there was an eco focus, a means to share books and provisions no longer needed, and touches like being able to harvest herbs growing and the wormer for scraps. Everything was clean and worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and equipment. Location was handy for central shopping mall and quick to walk to lagoon etc.

Cons:

The beds weren’t the most comfortable and you could hear people in other apartments moving chairs around on tiled floors

A wonderful, clean and convenient holiday apartment
Pros:

The property is conveniently located and easily walkable to the aquarium, Cairns Central and the esplanade. The property managers were responsive and friendly and they welcomed us with an upgrade to a larger unit. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area.
