Didn't like the room.was just a room certainly not an apartment 🙄
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the outset.
Before arrival, we were surprised to learn there was a $10 per night charge for a baby cot. A one-off fee would have been understandable, but a nightly charge seemed excessive.
When we entered the apartment, we moved the bed against the wall to prevent our toddler from rolling out and discovered a significant amount of dirt and dust underneath. We contacted reception to request that a cleaner attend the following day, which was agreed to.
We then discovered the balcony door would not properly close or lock. There were dowels placed in the door tracks and, even when shut, there was a gap that could allow insects into the room. When we raised this concern, we were told management was aware of the issue and that it was “fine” because the dowels prevented anyone from entering. As parents of a toddler who had already managed to remove the dowels, our concern was less about intruders and more about safety and the door not functioning as intended.
We also requested bedding for the sofa bed, which was advertised as part of the room setup, only to be told there would be an additional charge.
At this point, given the accumulating issues, we asked whether it would be possible to receive a refund for the remaining two nights so we could move elsewhere. We were advised this would not be possible and that the owner would come to the room to discuss our concerns.
When she arrived, she appeared surprised that the balcony door would not shut properly despite our earlier conversation about the issue. She advised that another room had been prepared for us. When I asked about bedding for the sofa bed, she responded with an eye roll, stated that it was in the room, and left abruptly.
The cleanliness of the first room was particularly concerning. Within 20 minutes of showering and walking around the apartment barefoot, my husband’s feet were visibly dirty.
It was conveniently located and the building was really lovely with lush courtyards and a pool area. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

Shelly the receptionist is super friendly and helpful. Will and the cleaning staff also have a friendly helpful attitude.
No lock chains on the inside of the front apartment door for extra security and peace of mind.

Appartement grand, confortable et bien équipé. Accueil sympa. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une 2ème place de parking. La gérante parle français, japonais (et anglais évidemment !) Hébergement situé à 2 pas du shopping center.
La piscine manque d'entretien régulier.

キッチン道具も揃っていたので、料理がしやすかった。
エレベーターがあったら荷物や子ども抱っこしてる時に楽だった。
